Delos Therapy is a precise, innovative therapy for chronic pain, muscle stiffness and athletic injuries where pressure is applied to the entire length of the muscle. It is based on the science of three-dimensional micro-stretching of the muscular fibers that are causing symptoms of pain and stiffness.
Results include the elimination of tightness, restored muscle health for optimal athletic performance and real pain relief. Delos Therapy really focuses on restoring pliability in your muscles and focusing on what is the root cause of your pain. Once you know what the root cause is, you can focus on a plan to repair and recoup your body.

As former professional athletes who've spent their lives among the best coaches and athletes in the world, we founded Delos Therapy using the same principles utilized in sports to achieve elite levels of performance.
Kenny Owens, a former engineer, once specialized in troubleshooting electrical systems. In the early 1980s, he injured his shoulder playing competitive table tennis and sought the help of numerous traditional and alternative healthcare providers, all to no avail.
Kenny's frustration and inability to find relief from conventional methods led him to turn his body into an engineering project, and he noticed some interesting observations about his muscles. The first observation was that the area that hurt felt stiff and weak, and the muscles felt hard and tight.

Searched on their website for additional information and couldn't find any. Then called and couldn't get through to anyone so I wrote in on their website which just provided me a promoted email with the phone number I had originally called. I asked the girl who answered for some information on their services since I couldn't find any elsewhere and she said "we do Delos therapy". I eventually told her I'd go elsewhere since they couldn't give me any information whatsoever. Honestly was excited to try this place out but am disgusted with the staff.

Rob is an excellent therapist that is always consistently thorough and progressive, in a way that different muscle is being worked-on in different appointments. Â Your wellness depends on the Therapist.
Rob truly cares about you that he gets stressed out when you are running late as it cuts down on your therapy time. Â Yeah, HE is THAT thoughtful.
The first few treatments was intense that I got very tired after therapy. Â Worth it, as my muscles are now less tight.
Initial treatment of 3x a week for 4 weeks is intense but necessary.

If I could give 6* I would! I initially came to Delos for back and shoulder pain which soon turned to Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot. I had never experienced Plantar Fasciitis. I had also never run a marathon, or even close, so common sense would say this would be the perfect time to try - ha! Funny enough, I am six months into my training and recently ran my 18-mile long run!! This is wild to me on so many levels but I am confident I would not be completing this once-in-a-life time experience with out the ongoing care of Delos. The team is excellent, specifically Derek and Rob! They are knowledgeable

I booked an appointment online and mistakenly arrived at the wrong location. I was unable to make it to the correct location in time for my appointment. Appointments are only 25 minutes and can be very costly. Please be aware that you will be charged the full amount for a missed or partial session. I've purchased package in the past and was planning to purchase another package. Needless to say I will not be returning.

For any power lifters who have sharp pains, and deep tissue massages aren't doing the job, come here. To cut a long story short, I honestly had thought I had injured my shoulder rotator cuff but it turned out to be extremely tight muscle tissue. Delos Therapy showed up at my gym and i was able to get a complimentary 5 minutes free taste of what they can do. What Eric did for me in 5 minutes, i couldn't get in a 60-90 minute deep tissue massage. After those 5 minutes i honestly couldn't stop saying thank you to him. After a 25 minute session, i felt so unbelievably loose it was weird

Delos Therapy was exactly what I needed. I worked a lot with Connor in my sessions to give myself a release from the migraines that I had been getting for almost a year. In addition, we worked on the muscles that have been stressed and knotted from areas that I generally get from sitting at work all day or working out in the gym. It was definitely taking a toll on my body and I'm very glad that I stopped in to get an examination. I've been feeling a whole lot better and have a more cognizant approach to my day to day.

I've had reoccurring anterior tibilias tendonitis "shin splits" in my both my left and right leg for over two years straight, where any type of walking or running flares it up. At some points I haven't even been able to walk a block, or go to work. I've tried physical therapy and gone to multiple sports doctors and nothing has helped, until I tried Delos.
I have gone to a handful of sessions with Conor and the flare up has gone away completely. The pain I felt after any type of workout is no longer there and I can workout as I please. I credit that all to Delos and Conor

I've had numerous operations (back/knee) in my life and always had some nagging pains that had become a part of my life. I've tried all the other pain remedies and nothing comes close to the relief Delos has provided. On top of the above - I recently had some unusual pain in my left arm and Darek immediately explained what might be causing the issue and 25 minutes later it was feeling 99% better. All the therapist are fantastic, but special thanks Darek. He is very knowledgable and genuinely caring about others health and his level of service.

I've seen Connor for help with tight adductor and hip pains. He's really knowledgeable and educated, very methodical in what he does. I've only had two sessions but you get the sense that these guys really want to help you and also guide you.
What I like about it is that he showed me exactly where he was going to work and how and the whole team had been flexible around my schedule (I travel a lot on business).
Whenever I'm back in Chicago I'll have to come to this place for essential maintenance!

I have always had outstanding relief from pain and rapid recovery from injury with all of the therapists. I am back in the gym three days after thinking I tore something in my shoulder. Derrick was very precise and insightful into what happened. Delos always gets me back in the gym quickly which for anyone who works out regularly knows is the difference between being on top of your game and being grumpy cat!
Thanks Delos!

Delos has incredibly changed my life.
I suffered from compartment syndrome in both lower legs (anterior compartments) for the past few years unknowingly, until I received surgery last December. The tightness in each compartment decreased my range of motion (while dorsiflexed) in a way that it was painful to perform even one bodyweight squat without residual pain lasting for more than 24 hours.
Steve is a magician. We worked through a 12-session treatment to address the underlying tightness, and the following is a just a quick list of benefits:
- 12 inch vertical box jump increase
- no pain in

I came to Delos as a recommendation from one of the strength coaches at Hard Pressed. I had been having some shoulder / upper back pain and tightness over the past several months. I had actually lost quite a bit of mobility in my shoulder as a result. I just chaulked it up to working out and the fact that I hold a lot of stress as tension in my upper back and shoulders. However, the pain started creeping up my neck and giving me tension headaches so I thought it was time to go in. I chose Delos b/c something my strength coach said struck a cord - he mentioned that one of the therapists there

This review is long overdue! I added Delos to my marathon training this year (after rave reviews from both my husband and fellow runners), and I couldn't be happier with the results! After a free consultation told me I had very tight quads, I decided to give it a try. I've had several knee surgeries and always attributed soreness to my bad knees...however, through Delos, I learned that it was more likely due to tight leg muscles (which traditional stretching can't loosen up).
This past weekend, I completed my second marathon in three weeks...and I couldn't feel better!

Without a doubt, Delos helped prepare me for a big PR in the Chicago Marathon. Never have I experienced such a unique therapy that produces such measurable results. Practically my entire CARA pace group visits Delos regularly. I see Darek, but have heard glowing testimonials from friends about Eric, Jim, and Ryan as well.

Delos is the "secret sauce" of my Chicago Marathon training program. My therapist Darek has treated me for and eliminated significant pain I was experiencing in my knees (as a result of IT band inflammation) and lower back region. Not only is Darek fantastic at his profession, he is a true gentleman. In fact, everyone on the Delos team I've come into contact with has been incredibly kind and supportive (one of the things I've been most impressed with is the prompt response to any questions I have over email).
I cannot recommend Delos enough - it's a fantastic operation

You're into fitness. Maybe you cycle, maybe you're a runner. After a while, you get aches and pains, what do you do, find a masseuse to help you out right? But the problem with doing that is its expensive, and its hit or miss because most people go to get a massage to relax, not to have a highly specialized treatment for sports medicine.
Delos is a place where the staff knows that they're doing. They use highly specialized techniques to work with your body to ensure that you're going to heal. They break you down so your body can heal. I highly recommend these guys. In 25

I'm what most people would call a Massage SNOB...In all of my travels I try to stay at hotels that have the best spas and best massages. With that being said Delos is NOT massage.
I have an extensive background in Yoga, Accupressure, Shiatsu and Physiology: live a highly active lifestyle and take very good care of my body. Delos is becoming my secret to keeping up with guys on the basketball court that could be my sons. The therapy is highly specialized and once they lay hands on you for 25+ minutes you WILL feel differently.

I've had my fair share of massages and different therapies done to help combat my upper back pain, and everytime the treatment felt good but the tightness always came back. Then here comes Delos Wellness riding in on their white horse to the rescue.
