Once we've received your guest card, we will contact you to schedule a viewing for the property after receiving a copy of your photo ID. If a property is vacant: Once we've received your guest card, a representative will contact you to set up an appointment.

Before you move in, one of our representatives has completed a walk through inspection and noted any damages and had them repaired or noted. You will be given a copy of the walk through inspection, noting the items repaired and items which will remain in as-is condition. Tenants are required to obtain landlord insurance, either through us or through an insurance agency of your choosing.
Tenant Portal Information

The Tenant Portal is a convenient tool where you can pay your rent, view your account balance, and fill out maintenance requests. If you sign your lease online, you can set up your tenant portal upon signing. If you sign a paper lease, an email with an activation link can be sent to you. Once you create a login, you can visit this portal anytime.
Maintenance Information
Report
When you are renting you are responsible for minor upkeep, including changing filters, bulbs, loose screws, and the like. If the issue is beyond your ability to fix, then you need to put in a work order. Please understand that we use outside vendors to do repairs. We will try our best to get them to your rental within 24 hours.
