Product wise, they delivered superbly. They replaced my headliner. Your car will be in good hands. When it comes to communication, they were quite slack. After I put down the deposit for my service, they were supposed to call me when my material arrived- within 3 days or so. Almost two weeks went by and I CALLED THEM. Whom ever answered said that my material had been there and he didn’t know why I wasn’t contacted. There’s a lack of urgency that I’m not a fan of. AND I don’t appreciate being charged a process fee for using a debit card as payment. That’s something that the business
