Amazing stay, I got this place like 3 days before Labor Day weekend and was pretty much the only lodge that had a room below the $500 per night mark. The rooms are super clean, the lady at the front desk was super nice and the check in / check out process was easy.
The Peak to Peak was close to everything including the Rocky Mountain, breweries and restaurants, the bed was very comfortable and the AC is easy to control, the BEST part is that it’s quiet and dark, you won’t know it’s morning until you open the blinds, if you are a light sleeper like myself; you will love this place.

Our stay wasn't bad. Some things to know before booking are as follows. The outdoor pool is not freezing but not warm enough to get in. The hot tub is really old with obvious repairs done and too hot to enjoy. There are no ashtrays to hold a smoke for a second. No pets allowed. To top it off no colorado smoke on the premises.

Family owned and operated, the couple could not be nicer. We loved our time there. It was clean, just what we needed and in a great location. We will be back!

One of the cutest, cleanest motels I've ever stayed at. Won't be disappointed.

Modest motel by the road. Pool. Well maintained. No breakfast. Daily cleaning. Very close to downtown. Very annoying air conditioning noise coming from outside all day and night.

The best hotel you can get for an affordable price in town. We got the cheapest room and it included a kitchenette, cable TV, a couch, outside jacuzzi and comfortable bed. Is super close to bars and restaurants within walking distance and the main strip in Estes Park. Super friendly staff and very helpful. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!

Very nice older hotel the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. In these days online reviews can harm a business. Reading through these reviews I don't believe a couple of them have merit. This hotel is not a high end expensive hotel. It's clean safe and well keep up hotel.

There were 5 adults in our group and we chose the family room over a handicapped room and another room. This way we could all be in one room. It had a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed. Then there was another queen sized bed and futon along with a small dinette and kichenette. The free WiFi, pool & hot tub were very nice as well. It was close enough to the center of town to be easily accessible, but far enough away that it was relaxing. For a budget motel it was a good choice.

I thought we were going to be staying in a lodge, but this is a quite dated motel. We were first told that our room was by the highway, so we could expect some traffic noise. I don't like noise, so I requested a room change. The desk clerk was very nice and moved us to a less noisy room with two double beds (we only needed one) for an extra charge of $3.00 a day.He told us not to touch the extra bed, since the price might be increased. Kind of weird.,

I wasn't at all impressed with the room at first. The wood paneling, old furniture and very dated bedding are not very attractive

My husband and I were very pleased with this motel. We stayed in the king suite with private balcony and it was only $86.00 after tax, for one night. We've stayed in all types of hotels ....luxury and flea bag. This one is definitely one of my top cheap stays!

Wow! Don't know where the other two reviewers stayed, but I liked this place a lot. It's not the Residence Inn: It's a small, older, independent, roadside motel serving mostly National Park visitors. For its class, motels don't come better than this. Great value. (Booked thru Priceline)

The owner/hosts were gracious, friendly, and thoughtful. The room was small, but very clean and well appointed with all the amenities a Park visitor might want: frig, hairdryer, iron, good drip coffee, microwave, basic cable, comfortable bed. They even provided a decent bath soap ... rare in

Horrific,
I essentially stay in hotels for a living and this is as bad as I've seen. Baseboard heaters in the bedroom don't work. Walls are warped. It has a pungent scent, stings the nostrils. I wouldn't wish a stay at this place on my worst enemy...

A lot of money for very little value. Rooms are in pretty bad shape and air conditioning only in front room. Check out time is at 10am and they will not extend the time. The maid only stays for a few hours. Office closes at 10pm. If you have an issue after 10pm you are out of luck. I suppose you get what you pay for but It's a lot to sacrifice to save a little money.

Creepy as all get out at night, but adorable and cheap too. Not sure where the balance is with those two, but if you're just crashing for an unplanned extra night in CO like I was, go for it.

For the single dollar sign, book through Priceline or something similar.
