My kids have been going for a month and already the results are showing. The lessons are every day of the week for an hour which helps with practicing. You have 30 min to train and learn new techniques and 30 min of real practice with an opponent. Girls and boys, men and women are mixed and people of all ages and ethnicity train together creating a very warm and diverse environment. The teachers are very competent and authentic champions in kickboxing and ju jitsu.

The Elite Dojo is an excellent studio to learn martial arts for both children and adults. The instructors are patient enough to help small children stay on task, yet knowledgeable enough to teach adults to a high level. In addition to this, the code of ethics taught at the dojo is great for young kids to learn how to be mature, responsible, and respectful young men and women.

We have sent all 3 of our kids to Elite Dojo, and are thrilled with all they have learned. I have often said that Sensei Rick Reshel is like the Pied Piper of karate instructors! The kids love him! Furthermore, his staff, including Sensei Firestein, are equally as kind and engaging with the kids. Make no mistake, however. This is a martial arts dojo - there is discipline, and the kids have to learn to be respectful, but it is dosed out with equal measures of humor, laughter and dodgeball! I would recommend this school to anyone!!!

As a longtime Elite Dojo parent, I cannot say enough good things about this dojo. If you're an adult or kid looking to learn how to defend yourself, improve your fitness level, and build your confidence, look no further. Elite Dojo's curriculum blends the best of different martial arts styles: Karate, Tae Kwon Do and Ju Jitsu, and traditional weapons and is delivered by fabulous instructors, headed by Sensei Rick Reschel, a kind and generous man who is a virtual legend in the local martial arts community. From the very beginning, he emphasizes the samurai code, which mutually reinforces the physical

Our daughter has been attending Elite Dojo since the age of four and she is now ten. I attribute much of our daughter's self confidence, physical fitness and positive attitude to the time spend at the dojo. Sensei Reshel shows a true caring and compassion for all of his students and allows everyone to progress at their own pace. I would highly recommend this dojo if you are considering enrolling a child in material arts.

Sensei Rachel is the reason behind my 4 year old son joining Elite dojo. It’s been a year and now I know it is the best Dojo. I feel it’s got some of the best instructors, whose primary focus is to get the students learn aboout Martial arts in the most organic way. My son is self motivated to go there 4 days in a week, because they make it so much fun for him to learn. I am proud of the fact that it has helped him build a healthy character with essential values taught by these wonderful instructors. They focus on punctuality, treating others with respect etc. I still remember the first question

My son has been attending the Dojo for the past two and half years. Elite Dojo provides a positive, reinforcing, kind and positive environment for my son. He looks forward to attending each week, and you can really tell that Sensei Rick and all the instructors care for the kids and want to help them be the best they can be, inside and outside the Dojo. I especially like how once the kids move up in belt rank, they are encouraged to be helpers and role models to the younger belts. Highly recommend!
