I was recommended this catering company by a Richmond barbecue company who works closely with them. Although we didn't select them to cater the wedding because of issues with our venue, Bobby Spivey reached out immediately after we requested a quote. He was super professional and willing to bend over backwards to suit our catering needs, and actually sent us three different quotes in order to remedy our needs. Were it not for Covid-19 making things difficult in regard to our venue, we would have definitely chosen this company. We would recommend using this service if you want a smooth and stress

I can't speak to their efficacy during events but the process to get any sort of estimated cost was very difficult. I sent an email requesting an estimate of the cost to hire 2-3 kitchen staff for a wedding. I was asked for additional information and I gave a very clear description of what I needed. I was then asked if we could meet at the venue to see the space and discuss price. This seemed like an excessive hindrance when I was just trying to get an idea of the cost. So I told them that I would prefer to get a ballpark estimate because I am reaching out to several organizations I don't have

My husband and I planned a small Valentine's Day gathering where we required 1 bartender.
From start to finish my experience with The Coordinated Event was nothing less than prompt, professional & easy. Bobby was on top of everything and answered all of my questions quickly. Our bartender, Tim, was a fantastic addition to our party. Not only was he a top notch professional, he was fun and personable. Who wants to be around a boring bartender? We look forward to working with The Coordinated Event team for future events!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Coordinated Events! They are truly professional and made our wedding guests feel comfortable. Everything was done as instructed and they even helped out more as needed. Coordinated Events absolutely went above and beyond and the best part is how friendly the staff members were. Communication was great with Bobby! I never felt uneasy about him and his staff completing the tasks discussed. His rates are also affordable and worth budgeting for the extra staff. Truly an excellent business that I would hire again in the future and recommend to anyone.
