Here are the critical elements of payrolling: Key Personnel, Inc. serves as the employer of record. That means that employee and employer liabilities attach to the Key Personnel, Inc. and not you the client. Key Personnel, Inc. verifies employee work eligibility and is responsible for collecting and remitting payroll taxes and for paying all the employer taxes such as FICA, FUTA, SUTA, Workers' Compensation and any local payroll taxes.
Under immediate supervision, this role performs variety of routine clerical and administrative duties that support specific workflow or phase within a business process. Accountable for transaction of part(s) of business process. Follows established policy and procedures and detailed instructions in performance of duties.
Ability to collect, compile and analyze information and data. Proficient skills operating computerized and standard office equipment. Proficient in use of word processing, spreadsheets and graphics software. Demonstrated analytical skills, prefer intermediate excel skills. Understanding of company policies and procedures.
Coordinate environmental permitting activities. Coordinate and ensure company programs and projects are in compliance with federal, state and local environmental regulations. Promote corporate environmental policy by educating and assisting employees to seek innovative ways to ensure the environmental compliance of our operations.
