Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
My daughter has been dancing since the age of two and came to this studio when she was seven. She is beginning her fourth year. She absolutely loves her teachers! AABD has encouraged dedication and the desire to strive for excellence in my daughter. She has grown exponentially here!

I'm sure the school is a great a place, but I need to take/observe a dance class for my college class as an assignment, I called 3 times and left messages and never received a call back. Doors locked at location, so I'm not sure how I'm supposed to get into contact with you..

My daughter has danced since she was as 3. We have danced at 3 studios over her dance career. At the 2 studios we had our daughter enrolled in focus was not on all students just some. We were actually told it was all about aesthetics at one studio by the owners. Those things are not true at AABD! Our child has flourished at AABD under the direction of the Owner/Artistic Director Susan Bebe and her team of talented instructors. This Dance Academy actually uses a curriculum. The instructors are firm yet loving. The instructors give each child individual corrections in a manner that is private and

Our daughter has been taking ballet with AABD for 5 years. Susan and all the teachers have been incredible. They teach technique and discipline, while giving critique in a positive manner. We are grateful for the studio being such a positive accepting environment for our daughter. She is learning important life skills while growing into a beautiful dancer. We have professional ballerinas in our family and they have been extremely complimentary to the studio and the training of the students. Thank you Susan for providing such a wonderful studio!

The owner of this school is clearly prejudice. The restrictions she puts in place disguised as dress code is a clear attempt to discourage African American's from registering or participating in classical ballet. QUOTE: "All hair regardless of age must be in a bun for Ballet. No ribbons, headbands, bows, braids or beads." NO BRAIDS????? That is the most unreasonable inconsiderate statement ever. Most African american little girls have to get their hair braided for manageability due to the texture of their hair and Susan knows it! AABD might as well post a sign that states, NO Braids, NO Beads,

Wow, where do I begin. Ok first off, I just want to say that AABD is so professionally run that it results in such a professional environment; that feels really good because it is training us (dancers) for what is to come in the actual professional world. It also keeps everybody in check😉. Speaking of the environment, the girls (and guys) here are so, so amazing. They are all so kind and encouraging to one other and it is great to see that in the dance world. Also, the training... what can I say about this? All I’m going to say is... I’ve noticed that I have improved more, in the three months
