Losing a loved one is never easy. Planning their Celebration of Life makes you even more emotional and can be overwhelming but thanks to Callands Funeral Home, LLC it was a smooth process. I want to specifically thank Mr. Carlos for honoring my grandfather’s wishes from how he wanted his obituary written, who he wanted and did not want there, what he wanted to wear(Aggie&Dudley colors) to his military rites. Mr. Callands and his staff displayed so much compassion, professionalism, empathy and integrity throughout the entire process. Normally I would have anxiety walking into a funeral home, but the atmosphere at Callands took away any anxiety that my family and I had. They made my father look amazing! I highly recommend Callands Funeral Home. Mr. Callands is very professional and was a tremendous help to me during the process. The family has used Callands Funeral home in the past and was very pleased with everything they did. We unfortunately lost another family member the 30th of September and did not hesitate to contact Callands for the second time. I was exceptionally pleased with the service and professionalism of the whole Callands' staff. We were given "white glove treatment" during our time of need. Mr. Callands was very patient which allowed me to grieve while simultaneously getting our goals accomplished. The final products (Viewing at the funeral home and funeral at the church) were both done well, and I was very pleased with the final outcome.
