I had several AC companies come out to quote a job. It was a complex job as we needed to relocate the central AC to another part of the house as to remodel the kitchen. We ended up going with the mini split system which Thurman and team knocked out of the park. They were very professional, on schedule, and cleaned up after the job. If you need anything AC related do yourself a favor and use Mintz!!!

Called Mintz a couple of months ago for a complex 2 story mini-split installation and they did a great job. Thurman, the owner, was awesome and he made sure the installation was done with the highest quality. He was responsive throughout the process and his crew was professional. They completed the job on time and even though he incurred additional expenses along the way, he billed me exactly what he quoted me. Highly recommend Mintz.

I can't say enough great things about Thurman and his team of professionals! It's really difficult to find reliable, on time, honest and affordable contractors in south Florida, but Mintz heating and cooling nailed it! From the beginning , Thurman stuck to his word by showing up when he said he would to a quick and efficient installation of our new mini split ac unit a few days later. . His team worked hard and got the job done in a few hours, they were respectful , quick and made sure the work area was spotless when they left. I've used Mintz Heating & Cooling on three separate occasions for two properties. Thurman and his staff show up quickly and fix the problem right away. They are very knowledgeable and have taken care of warranty issues directly with the manufacturer (so i didnt need to be involved). I've referred him a few times and my friends are also very happy with his service.
