Big fan of Todd and Southeast Cooling & Heating!
I have him on speed dial after having multiple positive maintenance type visits over the years. In South Florida finding real honest and fair service is not a given, especially with something as crucial as HVAC and Todd is all that and more, he is a wizard with ACs and is always responsive and quick to diagnose issues and fix them rapidly. Highly recommended!

Originally recommended by my brother, Southeast Cooling and Heating is the real deal. This is now the second time using Southeast Cooling and Heating and Todd the owner is honest and straightforward as they come. It is refreshing to be able to have faith in a service company and owner of the company you need to rely on, especially living in South Florida and experiencing air conditioning issues. Great Company, Great People... Todd, Bryan and Mathew. I replace my A/C unit with all the Air Ducts in my house a complete A/C job on the second week of Dec. Great price for all the work. The two days they were working at my house they were always on time and very professional. My wife and I were very happy with the job they've done. I would highly recommend Southeast Cooling and Heating to any one and I would continue to use their services for the regular maintenance check on my A/C.
