Well for one thing it would be great if they would taking consideration that others who are less fortunate and hard working young people that's trying to get their only transportation back and forth to work come on $35 dollars a day !!!!! storage fee I understand you got to make money but it would be great if people like Gentry towing that is making a killing off poor people that is doing their damnedest to get there vehicle out of your impound lot !!!!!!!!! I just hope one day none of you lose your only transportation and be disabled

I drove one of the moving trucks from California to Franklin Tennessee. I was towing a car trailer. This was all because my buddy needed help with moving his family to live in Franklin.
After a 2.5 day drive the GPS routes me off the freeway down a few city streets and says make the next right and your destination is on the left.
Well that was Goose creek Rd. And went directly into the housing track. Snow was covering the smaller streets and there was no place to turn around.

Arrived quickly and took great care of my truck. It's a 1949 Ford F1 so it was a little more challenging to tow but they did it with care. Only tow service I will use.

Called to have my motorcycle towed, from the time they answered the phone they were friendly and courteous. They responded immediately and someone met me within about 15 minutes. Took great care in loading my vehicle on the truck and went straight to the service department. I definitely use them again should the need arise and would highly recommend to all.

The best towing service around! Hands down! Responds quickly to calls and ensures safety above all else! When I had car problems and was stuck at work they were there within 10-15 minutes and didn't waste anytime getting my car to the shop for me. They were nice, professional, and an ease to deal with. Car troubles are no fun but these guys really eased some tension!
