I called a week and a half in advance to schedule a tow truck job. I asked 2 days prior to confirm what time they'd be there. The response was "I'll be there". I called 3 times the morning I was supposed to have my car picked up. The third time they finally answered saying "I'll be a little late". Half an hour later still not there. I call again and they don't pick up. I call again 10 minutes later and they say they're 5 minutes away. 10 minutes later my scheduled maintenance appointment time comes up so I had to reschedule.
