We needed multiple ceiling fans installed. Our first contact was Karen who answered the phone and was friendly and helpful. Corey was dispatched and couldn't have been more professional, competent and fairly priced. He had everything installed in less than two hours.
He then asked if there was anything else we needed help with. We had grown frustrated with the electrician sent by our home warranty company who after three visits couldn't solve our electrical issues. We asked him to take a look. Within 10 minutes he had traced the problem and had it fixed.

Josh came to my home this morning to fix a relatively minor problem that my security system provider 1. caused, and 2. wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to repair. He was incredibly nice and professional and not only resolved my problem but made the system safer and simpler than it was before, all while saving me a lot of money. I'll absolutely be calling Dodd for my future electric needs.

We've used Dodd electric twice ... once while a new house was bing built for us, and once after we purchased a different new construction home. Both times Josh did the work and we couldn't have been more pleased. We used them for low voltage projects ... running cable, HDMI, IR sensors, home security wiring, Apple TV, installing wall mounted TV, etc. VERY knowledgable, VERY accommodating, and very McGiver-esque in solving problems.
Based on our interactions with Josh, I can't imagine ever using another provider .... they were fantastic :)

Scott Young came to my home for my estimate. He was a sweet man who was very informative, experienced, and helpful. I ended up adding the high voltage plug to my garage so I could use a second dryer in my garage and also putting in a light fixture in a small closet. Scott was able to give me a price estimate during the visit, and also emailed me a copy to approve. When the time came for the work to be done, two crew members came out to do the job.
