I generally leave my dentist's office with a mouth that feels like it had a hacksaw taken to it...this is the first time in years I left without such pain!
Overall, a very professional and personal experience. Dr. Justin Hsieh put in the time and effort to ensure I felt comfortable along with educating me on what he was doing throughout the visit. The 3D scanning he does really helps you visualize and understand the state of your teeth and where you need to improve.

I cant give this office enough praise. I called at 9am, right when they opened, because I had cracked a tooth the day before and an old filling had fallen out (a filling not done by Birch). Iris and Dr. Justin were able to squeeze me in that day due to a cancellation. Not only did both of them remember details of conversation from my last visit (over a year prior) but every member of the staff was so kind and sweet. Best dentist I've ever been to! Can't recommend enough. I am currently finishing up Invisalign with dr Justin and my results are incredible and it happened so quickly. They also sent me home with a complementary whitening gel that I desperately needed. Everyone at the office is so nice and attentive. I look forward to my next visit!

Dr. Hsieh and his team make me feel very comfortable when I arrived. The facility is top notch and you can just tell with Dr Hsieh that he genuinely cares about his patients as he did with me. He was very thorough with his explanations and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary as I know many dentists tend to do to generate more revenue. Dr. J is amazing and so is the whole staff. I just moved here from Dallas and was completely blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. I had never experienced a dentist visit this good. Literally everyone I spoke too was friendly and very helpful. Each cleaning pod has access to Netflix which you can watch during cleanings. I hateeee the scraping during cleanings but they offer headphones to help block out the noise while watching your favorite show. They communicate via text 2 weeks before your appointment so you can reschedule and don't have to try fitting in a phone call during the week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Been coming since the year before COVID; during COVID time they are careful and make the patient feel at ease with their cleanliness and thoughtfulness. Dr. Hsieh is personable and does not come off as pushy for procedures like many other dentists can make the patient feel. Being able to listen to streaming music on the headphones while being in the chair is a nice touch. The office staff is friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

Birch Dental is the best dental office I've found in Orange County. Everyone in the office is really friendly and accommodating and Dr. Hsieh is so caring and attentive and really focused on making sure that you receive quality dental care and that you have a wonderful experience.
The office is taking fantastic Covid-19 precautions, they will text you shortly before you arrive to ask you to wait in the car until it's your turn to enter. I had my paperwork waiting for me along with hand sanitizer before entering the office. They even wiped down my credit card and ID after scanning it

I've been coming to Birch Dental for the past year and my time has been amazing. In the past year, I came in with teeth pain, cavities and all sorts of Oral health problems. Once I started getting treatment from Dr. Hsieh the pain started to go away, had a treatment plan I could follow, and saw my oral health improve.
I have been to multiple dentist offices before, and none of them have offered me the same amount of care, respect, and quality of treatment than what Birch Dental has given me in the past year.

I actually came back down to Newport from Los Angeles JUST in order to get my deep cleaning at Birch. Everyone is so friendly, and frankly I just trust them! I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service.
Dr. Justin and Brenda were so incredibly professional, efficient and knowledgeable. And at the front, Iris and Alexis were so helpful and attentive.
Moreover, in the time of COVID, I couldn't have felt safer with the way they've set up the office. It's so clean and beautiful.

Great quality care. Good Covid precautions in place (they text you while you wait in your car). Dr Justin spent a good deal of time with me, explaining everything in detail and giving me good suggestions/recommendations. The clinic is equipped with advanced technology, and he even took high-quality photos (in addition to X-rays) of my teeth to show me the grey discoloration of one of my back molars. 5 stars, i would visit again and plan to switch all my dental care to him.

As a busy real estate agent I only go see a dentist when I have a tooth problem. I broke a crown last week and they are the only office that could get me in first thing in the morning. I went in thinking I was just going to get some emergency dental work and then be done, but was pleasantly surprised at the service and decided to make them my regular dentist.
