Services
Brevillier Village is a multi-level retirement community sponsored by the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Paul in Erie, Pennsylvania. We are solely dedicated to serving the continuing needs of older adults. The Village is located on a 20+acres of lakefront property known as the Brevillier Estate. Located five miles east of downtown Erie, it is bordered on the north by beautiful Lake Erie and on the south by East Lake Road.
The Brevillier Village Auxiliary (BVA) was founded in 1984 and established as a volunteer, non-profit entity. Volunteers aid staff in carrying out our mission of helping residents maintain their independence for as long as possible by supporting regular activities and providing socialization. Our volunteers are able to choose the projects for which they wish to volunteer.
At Brevillier Village our commitment to supporting senior life, health, and wellness happen because we put people first. Brevillier Village has approximately 250 full and part-time employees caring for 300 residents on our beautiful 20+ acre lakefront campus. With such a large and diverse resident population, we welcome compassionate and caring individuals to provide our high standards of care.
Personal care offers other services for seniors who need help with personal care including grooming, dressing, medication reminders, and other activities of daily living. Brevillier Village's Erie senior living facilities provide a wide variety of personal care services for our residents that are chosen based on need and ability.
Brevillier offers planned or emergency Erie respite care for seniors so that their caregivers can take a hiatus, be it for vacation, personal time, or pressing issues. Most major insurance companies can provide this much needed rest when the time comes. Sometimes respite care is needed when a caregiver must travel or has other responsibilities which need their attention.

If you're a slacker that likes to take short cuts in giving care you won’t last long at BV .
The residents are the top priority and come first and for most always at BV !
BCS BCN and Ball Pavilion all 3 buildings are just beautiful.Of course home is the best place over any , but BV is the next best thing . They really do care about the residents and the staff !

I have worked here for two years. The coworkers are the worst! Instead of lifting you up they put you down and degrade you. It’s enough to put anyone in depression. This place as far as employment is a big fat joke! They try to seem like it’s a place for the residents there but it’s all about the money really! They are a big fake.

My grandmother was a long time resident at Brevillier. First as an independent resident then later when she required more skilled nursing care. It was comforting knowing that my grandmother was receiving the assistance she needed, was well taken care of and safe. Each member of the staff treated her with dignity and respect. I would visit her often and the staff was always so helpful. My most powerful memory of Brevillier occurred on the day my grandmother passed. I can still remember the entire team lining the hallway as my grandmother was being taken by the funeral home. To this day, I cannot

It is both an honor and a privilege to be a part of the Brevillier team! We are gifted with the opportunity of providing compassionate, outstanding care to the residents/elders of our community. As I approach my 17th year of service to Brevillier as part of our rehab team(Physical Therapist), I am just so very grateful. Grateful to be a part of the strong, caring, heart centered team that is BV.
