With a lifelong passion for motorcycles, Ryan and Bob Autrey were approached in 2004 with an offer that was tough to refuse. A BMW Motorcycle franchise was available. Used to have KTM Motorcycle that I purchased at Del Amo Motorsports and supposed that their service was good...till I purchased BMW Motorcycle and met such a super high professionals at Long Beach BMW. Do you know what? I’ll became BMW fan and BMW owner FOREVER! Everything at time! No any problems no any stupid questions. Fast, confident, reliable and also luxury! Twice cheaper than stupid KTM Del Amo Motorsports service and 10 times faster. AND NO ANY ISSUES. Thank you guys!

This place has that greasy, cheesy feel, Worst customer service.
I send my bike for 12k service, They had my bike for 3 days after I got ripped off for some item I never revised, damaged my bike, broken gas cap, they even don't know how to install the seat
When I send back again they took the money and they refused to fix the issue, almost the kick me out from the store...
