Was super accommodating. Ordered a scooter for 4 days about a week from my trip during the holiday season at Disneyland and they were able to provide at a good price. Then during my trip, I had a need to order another for another member of my party and at the end of their business day they were able to set me up with a scooter first thing the next morning. They deliver to and pickup from your hotel and claim to be able to come to your location within the parks if the scooter needs immediate maintenance (didn't have the opportunity to test that claim). Overall, great experience, will order again

I took my mom to try out the scooter. The owner Jerry was informative, the business rents, sells, and fixes the mobility scooter. So it’s really a great resource. Donna let us try out the scooter before my mom decided to rent one. She was patient and kind to us. A great business that provides the much needed mobility scooters for seniors.

I’ve used this service a couple different times and was very disappointed in the service this time. When we got our scooters, I didn’t have a head rest and it was so old the tears on the arm rest and back were held together by electrical tape. So when I called to get a replacement scooter the owner was so rude and said he would just come get the scooters leaving us stranded. So we elected to use them as we felt we didn’t have a choice, but will never being using this service again. In the past we’ve recommended this service on our travel blog but will definitely not recommend them any more

The folks at this place need to learn about customer service skills...especially when dealing with disabled persons and ADA issues. They need to learn how to talk to people, be sensitive of their needs, and be mindful of how they speak. Disrespectful ways of talking with customers is not acceptable! A very poor reflection of your business ethics...

They seem like an honest business and have good prices for scooter sales & rentals. The scooter we rented for a week died and would not start even with the battery charged. The employee simply denied the problem and said it was something we must have done wrong such as leave the scooter in neutral or hold the throttle while turning the key on. Neither one of these were the case, but they really didn't listen too well.

I rented a scooter here for my mom when we went to Disneyland for the weekend. She has her own mobility scooter but it just felt easier for them to be able to drop it off and pick it up from us directly at the Disneyland drop off rather than lugging it around with us.
Their website was super easy to reserve the scooter on and was really helpful answering all my questions too. I spoke to Jerry about booking and everything and he was super helpful as well. We don't come to Disney very often but when we do we will definitely be back at this spot for another rental. They had the BEST prices in town

I just want to give a shout out to Jerry and his team at A Scooter 4 U Inc. They are so awesome! I have been getting scooters from him for our Disneyland trips or quite a while now and every time I do they have had everything ready for us at the hotels and have been so accomadating. This past week we made a quick trip to Disneyland for a day. We arrived there at 12:00pm. Because it was spur of the moment, I was just going to rent a scooter from Disneyland. They were sold out. I had been injured and couldn't walk very well. I called Jerry and explained that I needed a scooter right then. He delivered

A fantastic experience!! we rented for Disneyland for 3 days 2 nights and it was a seamless experience. We checked in to Grand California at 12:00pm and the scooter was waiting for us. The EV never had a issue and way fully charged In check in. paid $100 dollars and it was worth every penny! if you ever need a scooter because of some disability or injury! this is the right company to call! speak with Jerry and he'll help you out!

Best customer service I received on my vacation. Ashley is so kind and accommodating, she even answered my call after she had left the office and was able to keep all of my info organized and give me great service. The scooter was dropped off early to our hotel and we just left it in the lobby with the key to the front desk, on our last night. No hassle, no fuss, and the price was very reasonable. The battery lasted 2 12 hour days with charge to spare!! Thank you A scooter 4 you! And they take care of veterans with a discount!!
