Toni catered my son’s Bris and we couldn’t be happier. She had her crew come in early to make our timing work, delivered and set up everything herself, and even threw in some extras we didn’t ask for. Food was delicious, guests were very happy and the whole order couldn’t have been more seamless. We’ll be back, thanks Toni!!!

Used to be a great place to get a pastrami, now it's only OK. I'm not certain, but back in the day the pastrami tastes homemade. Now it comes packaged. The rest of the food is fine and it's a good place to pick up a babka or black and white cookies but the lack of pastrami game is seriously heart breaking. In case the owners are reading this: please make quality navel-cut pastrami in-house and stop using the package stuff. Please.

Have bee patronizing this place fir years and years, eat in but mostly take out. Over the years we have enjoyed their smoked fish and curd meats such as corned beef and pastrami. Food was always delicious and fresh, with a great selection. Service was always friendly and competent. Just visited recently for takeout and everything seems to have gone downhill. An entire new staff that seemed confused and disorganized almost down right sloppy. Store seemed dark and dingy. Many of the shelves were empty, seemed like new display cases with decreased variety. My last and final visit was for any Jewish Deli's staple white fish spread on a sesame seed bagel with red onions. Well, the red onions seemed fresh. That's about the only compliment I can muster for this shameful excuse for a anything related to food. The bagel crumbled and was like eating card board. The white fish was dry and tasteless and that's almost impossible for anything fish.
Please just close this place down and save the

NEVER USE THEM FOR CATERING!!!! We had an event scheduled that moved numerous times due to covid. I was assured they would honor the prices we were given. I would have been fine if they told me the prices were going to be raised but they promised me they would be the same, and then tried to raise them 6 weeks before my event. They also changed things that were in the original contract, for example the dessert was to include fruit and pastries, and they said that was no longer included. Toni, the catering manager was a nightmare. She would say one thing and do another. She is not to be trusted

I have tried almost everything on the menu at this establishment & I can describe it in only 1 word…

What makes things even better is the friendly & knowledgeable staff working there.
1 woman in particular(I think her name is Toni) is always so pleasant & helpful.
Her demeanor stands out by making every customer leave there with a smile.
I never have seen her in a bad mood.

I had an urge for corned beef yesterday, so we went here on a whim. Not busy on a Sunday afternoon. Had take out service. Corned beef, pastrami sandwiches were stacked high and delicious! Onion rings were fresh, hot, and big! Topped it all off with a potato knish (square variety) and a potato pancake with applesauce. All in all, a terrific eating experience. I will return for more very soon.

Been going here for 15+ years. Service can be spotty but food was good. However I'm now done. Called on 9/5 to place an order for pickup. Was told they aren't taking phone orders. Two of the people with me really wanted so I call again and they say some down and place the order. I go in and no customers are there. Weird. I place my order (a salad, a wrap, a sandwich) and wait. 10 minutes later I get my food. Wait to pay a couple of minutes as the couple in front of me is slow in deciding if they want 2 bags or three. Get up to the cashier and she says You got your food. I

Hence The Very To Reason Sufficient For Me Not To Even Patronize Them Again and Or Recommend . Oh But, Let Me Add Their Portions Were Insulting , When I Asked For Coleslaw, She Actually used a plastic take out fork to collect what ever amount can fit onto the tip of it went on one side of the sandwich and then another fork tip full on the other side....

Toni and the catering team at Lox, Stock & Deli guided and supported us with the patience and warmth of a member of the family. The menu Toni suggested satisfied the expectations of all. From the older members of our family (who want traditional deli), to those who want modern kosher (hummus), to the little kids (personal boxes of chicken fingers). There was abundant food (everyone was able to take something home for later) and the strictest level of cleanliness. I strongly recommend Toni and Lox Stock and Deli for any catering event.

Absolutely 💯 hands down the best pastrami sandwich I've ever eaten. The very nice gentleman told me he would take care of me. And he did!!!!!! There is a let's say a strange way I like my pastrami sandwich 😆🤣 he literally did it perfectly!!!!! I literally wanted on one sandwich 2 different themes and he nailed it!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work lox stock and deli!!! You will see me alot!!!!!!!! Coming for that amazing looking tuna salad soon!!!!!

There wasn't enough lean meat in 1/2 lb to make ONE sandwich !
NOW the Challah. So mushy, the bag collapsed in a ball when picked up out
of the bag.
I'm too old to buy bad food. I will never shop for a sandwich or ANYTHING'

I LOVED Lox Stock & Deli as a kid growing up in East Brunswick, and now that I've moved to Los Angeles, I still love grabbing a bite to eat there when I am visiting my father (who still lives in EB.) What's more... their customer service is INCREDIBLE... I have ordered gift certificates and food for my dad from there as it's still his favorite place for high quality & yummy-tasting kosher food, and every time I call to place an order, they are consistently courteous. (I just ordered food for Passover too... and my father said it was delish!) If you haven't tried Lox

We lost a member of our family due to Covid, since my Aunt keeps strict Kosher, we had to find a Kosher Deli that would not only be Kosher but would be able to deliver food since we are out of state. I called Lox Stock and Deli and spoke to the Manager Tori who accommodated us by recommending 5 separate delivered "meals for 4" so that my Aunt and Uncle would have something to eat when people came to pay a Shiva call. She went out of her way to make recommendations and the food was nothing short of fabulous according to my family. The kosher deli experience was very similar to growing

I have ordered from them in the past on multiple occasions. A few weeks ago, I ordered for pickup. The pastrami sandwich had a lot less meat, the knish was dried out and old as if was reheated more than once...., pickle was mushy and old too...but, they still charge the same prices. It's now a ripoff. I will not be going back...I expect freshness and the same portions for the prices charged....

BEWARE of over charging on delivery orders and leaving items out with NO accountability. I ordered food for a family that was having a tough time earlier on in the pandemic and when the order was delivered, it was missing items. In addition, as another issue, they quoted me a certain amount, and then they overcharged me by $25+.
I called and spoke to management 4 times about this and each time they promised a call back the next week and promised to fix it. Each time I was patient and kind. They never called and just continued to lie to me. I dont care how good/bad food is here, this is not the

What happened to this place? Today I ordered a corned beef sandwich to go. When I got home to unwrap my sandwich, I asked my husband where the other half was. This sandwich was so small that it really should have been considered a half. 14.99 for this small thing! The meat was totally tough! Guess I should have been happy to have such a small sandwich. Coleslaw was extra as well and was expensive for the two bites that it served!
I used to be a regular! Not going back! I don't complain and usually write glowing reviews. This lunch was a classic fail. Yuk!

I wish I could be positive about anything I had there today. I got a turkey sandwich, iceberg, mustard, Kaiser roll. $14.99 for a very mediocre sandwich. I also got two greasy eggy potato pancakes, one had a hair in it. I'm not trying to eat the other. It tasted like a quiche made of old onion soup mix. I got a quart of chicken soup which honestly I'm afraid to try. And two cans of soda. Nearly $40 for this stuff. Went on Christmas day because it was one of the only places open and I wanted bagel sandwiches. I ordered 2 bagels, toasted, with cream cheese. List price on the board was $1.99. After waiting like 10 minutes, I get the 2 bagels and each is priced 2.49. No idea why it took that long, until I ate mine. To me, it tasted like the bagel was put under a broiler in an oven that had cooked fish. I ate the whole bagel, but told my wife I thought it tasted funny. When she went to eat hers, she took 1 bite and refused to eat any more. She thought it tasted like mold.

Interesting that when you love a place so much, you don't have much to say. I LOVE it here. The food is awesome. The pickles incredible.
I am sad to report that we have been there several times when in town and there has not been much of a crowd. In fact, perhaps only 2 or 3 additional table. PEOPLE.....Get to Lox Stock and Deli-you will LOVE it.
I get corned beef, tongue, chopped liver usually. My husband will change it up. Always a good meal!
