Do not use this service. I called and there was a man who answered. He didn't understand what I was looking for, so instead of being patient and letting me explain, he was extremely rude and condescending. As he was telling me to call someone else and in the process of hanging up on me, he called me a "dumb af". Based on the other reviews this is how they operate. I would trust them to clean my toilets.

I called these ppl last week for an estimate to remove trash from my mother's basement and garage. They gave me a window of 10-2 on Monday of when they would be at the house. I called them at 2 on Monday to find out where they were, the service rep said he would call me back. They never called back. I called the next day to ask if they figured out what went wrong and was told they didn't have time for doing that. I then asked if I was even going to be offered an apology and was rudely told NO, then they hung up on me!
