Stewards of Capital Bank is pleased to announce that we are now offering conventional and Jumbo One-Close Construction loan products. These products allow for payment of interest-only during construction with the note to be modified upon completion of construction to a fully amortized principal and interest payment.
Typical loan-to-value for a land loan is 60-65% but varies based on the project. The Loan-to-Cost increases as long as the Borrower has sufficient reserves some other compensating factors. Stewards of Capital Bank does not lend outside of Florida. Once our underwriting is complete and our loan committee has approved your loan request we will then issue a Letter of Interest and a good faith deposit will be required.

Angelo Dilan is the very best senior loan officer in the U.S.! He worked with me for months until I found the right condo for me. I I knew he was the right loan officer when, during our first call, he took the time to validate all of my questions and spend a long time going over how the mortgage process works. And since then he continuously did that, answered my calls pretty much on the first ring, worked all the time to make the process as easy as possible for me. I truly couldn't recommend him enough!!!
