In 1998 our family boombox sputtered its last sound and died. After the memorial service, I suggested to my wife we splurge and buy a full stereo system. With her blessing, and a snug budget of $1,500, the shopping began. Little did I know I was going to step into a kind of hell on earth I didn't know existed.

Collin and Dallas are fantastic, truly amazing customer service. The show room is in wonderful wonderful shape for you to experience all sorts of their product line. If you are remotely interested in audio and are tired of huge big box stores do yourself a favor and please check these guys out because they will rock your world.

Years ago I purchased an expensive set of speakers from Aperion. Unsubscribed from their email list, then covid hit and they activated me again with emails. I can understand that, it’s okay
However! I have tried unsubscribing from their email list so many times since then, and as a company they do not respect that. Now, I have to figure out how to block them because their unsubscribe doesn’t work. Booooo hisssss

I have owned Aperion speakers (6T) since 2007, and they have performed superbly for 13 years. I recently upgraded to Aperion’s newest flagship set the Verus Grand III. I have the towers, center and 6-bookshelf speakers in a 7.2.2 set-up. The build quality of their legacy gear (my 6T) was incredible, and I am pleased to report that this quality is continued into the Verus Grands. After demo’s of many other speakers I have realized that the aural quality of the Verus III’s is better than speakers costing twice as much. One of the best customer experiences I have received in years!!! I purchased a set of Verus III speakers online and picked them up locally. Collin was awesome and took as much time as I needed to make sure my buying experience was exceptional. The feeling was reminiscent of old customer service that has long died away, and was treasured at one time. I cannot recommend Aperion and Collin enough for the customer service, kindness, and exceptional equipment they provide. This is the best audio company to deal with. Their customer service is top notch. I called them to place an order because I was having an issue with their website and was connected to a delightful gentleman named Collin. He is the epitome of superb customer service. He walked me through the ordering process and was able to assist me in ordering a center channel speaker and two bookshelf speakers. He also kept me up to date on the nuances of new speakers and their design. The delivery was awesome. I love the white glove and velvet bag that the products came in. We had an issue with one of the speakers

I had to call with an unusual request for an item not listed on the website. Unfortunately I don't remember who helped me out but they were shockingly nice and friendly and super happy to go above and beyond for me at the drop of a hat, enough so that hours I later I thought to myself, you know, I should go on their Yelp and say something about it. I should have written a review years ago (2012) when I bought my wireless speakers. Back then I could not get over the incredible customer service/technical support people that was there then and is still there today. It is a smaller company but has the customer support of a trillion dollar Apple corporation, but better. Back in 2012, they worked with me to solve a complicated issue and today, they (Dallas is the support persons name) did exactly that again. I was ready to take back my new tv and get a different one to support

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service. Great, high quality speakers at reasonable prices. In my opinion, the best bang for the buck in audiophile quality speakers. I use their in-wall speakers for an incredible 7.1 home theater system. Get on their mailing list and watch for their annual warehouse sale.

I'm a self proclaimed audiophile, and have listed to many, many different brands of speakers over the years. During that time I have also owned many different models of Aperion Audio speakers. I'm familiar with their product down to the component level, and their build quality.
The Aperion Audio value and sound quality is very hard to beat. I recently stepped up to their Verus Grand II towers, and driven by a Vincent Class A hybrid amplifier these speakers beat out my much more expensive Triangle towers made in France. (Soon to be put up for sale)

First of all, just a classy operation. Excellent customer service, every person I talked to. Starting with the verus grand towers and center, and a bravus 10 woofer with plans to expand to 7.1.4 eventually. Absolutely amazing sound that I've been dreaming about for 25 years. I can close my eyes and feel like I'm at a live concert. The crisp warm detail is just phenomenal. After a month of listening, it's just getting warmer and more refined. Best splurge decision I've ever made! Couldn't recommend more highly!!

Although we live in Arizona, my husband has been fantasizing about these speakers forever! Luckily, we had a wedding to attend to in Portland this past August, so he had a chance to actually visit the place where these wonderful speakers are made. He loved trying them out in the test room so much, that after checking it out himself, he brought me and his best friend out another day to test these speakers out as well.
Well sure enough, it didn't take long for him to order them. The hefty $3,000-$4,000 price tag did kind of make me choke a bit, but let me tell you, it was like watching a kid

It's a fun experience and since people in Portland like to support local businesses, you should at least take a peek. Jump on their website to get the details of what you may need. The service is friendly, and they do not look down on you for not being an audiophile (like a certain place on Hawthorne). Ask about the trade-up program. This alone should be a reason to jump in if you're on a budget.
