Best job ever! Two guys Breckon and Levi came in installed 2 TV's with our brackets, after one of the brackets popped off the wall after it was installed my the apt handyman. Luckily, we didn't lose the TV my husband caught it, anyway these two guys redid the brackets, hung the TV's, programed the xfinity remotes all done in around 35 minutes!

Flat Panel Pros is a GREAT company to work with!!!! Cody and Levi showed up on time with great attitudes. It was a challenging job due to the height and the stone masonry. They were careful, pleasant and worked efficiently.
Once hung, the TV could not be leveled despite the perfect bracket installation. Pete the owner showed up and was able to get it leveled. However, we were a bit hesitant it would stay leveled when moved. Upon further investigation it turns out the bracket was defective. Pete promptly said, I will rehang it with an upgraded bracket from the van and I will work everything out

Josh and Brian are awesome !! They installed my TV on a wall other companies couldn’t ! Scheduling was fast and they even ran ahead of schedule to get it done sooner than projected, also they mounted my new sound bar to my tv and got that in the wall to, had all the supplies right in there truck. Super awesome, super easy! Will use again! Made my new apartment finally feel like home!

Attempted to mount my LG 77” GX solo but couldn’t even get to the point where I attached the mount to the wall. Don’t ask. Anyway, I called the retailer where I bought the TV, Video Only, and explained my predicament. They immediately referred me to the Flat Panel Pros. It was a little after 530p and close to their closing time. To my surprise, the gentleman I spoke with offered to have someone come out tonight! I took him up on the offer and within 15 mins, Josh arrived. He was extremely efficient and fixed my problem quickly. I wish I would have called them before even spending any time

I had the best experience with Flat Panel Pros! Pete had the initial service call to install my new Samsung Frame TV. He was so kind and did a great job. The TV is perfectly centered above my fireplace. He took the time to walk me through the features and help me set up streaming. I appreciate how thoughtful he was and the time he took to make sure I was set to enjoy my new TV. I had to have his team come back out to finish the install (I needed a longer wire to route to my closet). Josh and Dom were very professional and respectful.
