Is pretty small little community Riggs mostly wearing good shape people seemed friendly grounds were clear of trash or debris.. Was there to look at a His house boat. Meant somebody at the front desk and they were friendly enough I believe Is they was management.. Downside to me was all the units were I thought way too close together but that seems to be the case in many parks... I hope this review helped you...

Nice, but kind of small. Needs a kid area to play. Excellent view of the lake and boats.

We were able to camp with friends over a holiday weekend with full hookup both sites. A very nice couple own & operate the campground marina. Small, hidden gem, along the St. Johns River. A quiet get away.

Clean, well-kept restroom / showers. Boat ramp included with camping rate. Very secluded yet less than 10 minutes from town. Significant number of long-term visitors gives it a community feel. Very quiet at night, almost too quiet. You may have to provide your own table; there wasn't enough for everyone when I was there. There is a well-stocked market nearby with fresh meats and vegetables.

Definitely a fish camp. Not much to do if you don't fish. No public bathhouse. The owners are friendly and they do a good job of keeping the park groomed.

More of a RV park than for tent camping. Very nice staff. We kayaked and paddleboard the St John's river and had a good time. They have a shower and bathrooms.
