Highly recommend Edge! They helped sell our MB sand section house in June 2021. Dave (and Adam) have an intimate knowledge of the micro climates that make up South Bay real estate. They developed a comprehensive sales (pricing/staging/marketing) strategy to get us the sales price we were seeking. They were also great at the sales pitch; conveying the value of our property to the many prospective buyers and their agents. And, most importantly, they communicated with us every step of the way, listening to us and providing insights/details after every prospective buyer visit. It felt like a true partnership

Dave advised and represented me as a seller of my Manhattan Beach home, and at the same time as buyer of a new property contingent on the sale of my then existing home. Dave and Adam are incredible! They stand head and shoulders above the rest of real estate agents and truly add value to the process. They helped us find our first house $100k below the appraised value - during the pandemic when properties where selling over asking in weeks! We initially used them to look for homes in the south bay, however, were so impressed with them we used them to buy our eventual home in the Pacific Palisades. We even chose them over multiple good friends who are also real estate agents, which speaks volumes. They are very smart and data driven, which I greatly appreciate.
