I have used Cab54 twice in the past and received excellent service to Orlando airport. Today, however, a scheduled pickup for ride to airport for my son was a no-show. When I called to ask if ride was on the way, I was rudely told Cab 54 does not provide rides to Orlando airport and never had and that I had used a different company. After taking my son to airport, I called Cab 54 again, reading from their website their advertising rides to Orlando airport and was told an email had been sent saying they no longer go to airport. Terrible. Did not show up for pickup. Sent confirmation email but still did not show. Contacted dispatch and told me they never received anything from me. When informed of confirmation email, their response was "don't know what to tell you." DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE A BUSINESS.
