Services
Greenwood Connections provides Adult Day Services, a daytime service to older persons living at home as well as respite for caregivers, through Green Pine Acres Adult Day Services. Greenwood Connections provides Assisted Living in its Woodside Manor apartment complex. This special senior housing is located amongst the pine trees along the east side of Menahga, Minnesota.
Greenwood Connections provides quality in-home nursing and support services through Menahga Home Health. Menahga Home Health has a Comprehensive home care license. Currently we are only providing services for tenants living in the Woodside Manor Assisted Living apartments.
Home Health Aide - Personal care is provided by a person trained in helping with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, exercises, skin care and foot care, weights and vitals).Homemaker - Routine household assistance in meal preparation, cleaning, laundry and grocery shopping. The services of Menahga Home Health might be covered by Medicaid, Elderly Waiver, Alternative Care Grant or privately paid.

Green Pine Acres provides out-patient physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Registered and certified therapists provide you with the care and support that you will need to reach your goals, help you to improve your functions or return you to your previous activities. Greenwood Connections provides Skilled Nursing through Green Pine Acres. This is a 65 bed Medicaid/Medicare certified facility. This wonderful home is adjoined to a three-acre park with long inter-twining sidewalks, three gazebos, twelve park benches, and an underground sprinkling system with a thirty-foot fountain.
