Had a great experience buying my first bike from start to finish! They were extremely welcoming and answered all my questions as a new rider. I actually ended up buying a bike the same day I walked in.

My dad reached out to this shop because they had the exact bike he wanted. He went back and forth with their sales guy with some questions and then reached out in the morning when we came up to look at it. At no time did they say the bike was sold and no longer available. We drive all the way up here from Carver for nothing. I would avoid.

I brought tires to be mounted on rims for a R1200GS to a BMW dealer in Brockton and paid almost as much as the tires cost. Third or fourth set done now at GBM plus other work. Great customer relations. Done perfectly including high end custom rims. Not a scratch. Fraction of the Brockon price and great showroom while you wait. Super good service. Call Aaron in Service.

Parts sales person was one of the rudest employees I've ever met. Don't come here if you want to be treated with basic decency.
Edit: the general manager called and apologized, which actually Meant a lot to me as they are taking action on their behalf to satisfy the customer. Will have to go again and give them another chance.

I had a pleasant experience purchasing my new motorcycle from GBM. The salesman Kit is very knowledgeable and patient to me. He helped me pick out a bike that is my good fit. In addition, everyone who works there is quite welcoming.
Josh from the Parts and Gears department is very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to assist me find a helmet that fit my head.
