They charged me 400 dollars for just changing a part - to be clear, we just installed the whole system for ~1 month and the control button of the filtration system is broken. The technician first said we need to re-install the whole system and they will charge me a few thousand of dollars. I was super angry about that. Later they said it just needs to change a part - which took ~400 dollars. I highly suspect they just want to charge me more at the beginning.
My time is valuable so I didn’t put too much time on that issue that day so I just paid them and changed the part. But I did tell them

Called to have my reverse osmosis system's filter changed. I was told it would be $75. The service technician arrived and the total he gave me was $188.20! He called the office and he was told she told me how much it would bewhen I called to schedule the service. No, you did not! He's already done the work, so what am I supposed to do?! I was having this done as a courtesy for the new buyer of my house and I would not have spent so much money to have it done if I had been told that up front. Bait & switch!!! I will not be recommending them to continue the soft water system with Culligan

Sometimes they come and sometimes they don't but I get billed just the same. I have equipment that needs to be repaired, you can tell just by looking at it. If you work for a company and deliver service you would think you would notify someone that there was something wrong. For example the equipment is leaking or the equipment is falling off what it was installed against. Thankfully my landscaper noticed.

Dishonest business practice. They continued to deliver bottles of water for months even after I notified their office that I no longer wanted their service. The water turned green and had to be dumped. They nonetheless billed me and sent me to collections after I had notified the office manager of the bottles of water shouldn't have been delivered. There are better water companies out there. I wouldn't deal with this company.

If you need to pick up water in person during the pandemic, I recommend avoiding entering the office. Just park outside and call them. They'll bring the water out to you. Funny thing, the yard worker who brought the water out to my car was wearing a mask.

I have been an Ising's customer for 11 years. Original system install, service along the way and system updates. Well water treatment equipment is a little pool supplies - more pricing than you might think.
But their service and staff are excellent. Highly reliable and informed.
Cesar came to check several issues today and knew exactly what to do and what wasn't needed. He is very good technically and honest. And fixed something I hadn't mentioned in the job call with his well stocked service vehicle supplies. I recommend him and Ising's without reservation

Horrible company to work for. The office is ran poorly, the people in the office are constantly trying to throw the people in the field under the bus. Supervisors don't allow you to take breaks and cheat you out of hours. If you make the slightest mistake you get screamed at by your boss and your job and your safety threatened. If you don't do your job as fast as humanly possible you get threatened with your job. Don't work here and don't support this company that treats it's employees this way.

very knowledge and worked with me to get a competitive price. Also, the installer (Colby) overcame all the install issues eg. water line connections
re-vamping, install of the extra-long drain line and connection to the main house clean-out pipe, etc. He also was very receptive to my ideas
regarding the install. Overall a fantastic experience, plus .... the water
really feels soft!

Filled out a contact form on their website to see what products they offered got a call a couple days later from a woman who put me down to have sales call me back. A week went by o called them back and asked about when they were going to call me tell me what they offered. She apologized and recommended that I setup an in house consult for water quality, so I did that then assured me that the sales guy would call me before the appointment to answer any questions. And a week went by so the day before the appointment to come to my house I cancelled and spent my money someplace else. This place is

I've found Ising's Culligan staff to be courteous and responsive when I had questions or a problem to be resolved. We subscribe to monthly water conditioning tank delivery, with a set schedule; Ising's sticks with this schedule. Also, Leslie, their sales rep out in the field, is friendly and well-informed regarding water hardness issues. Ising's has a wonderful customer service team--thank you!

I have had their service for many years. In the last couple of years I have had to call repeatedly to get my tank changed early. The system is not keeping up and nothing has changed in our usage of water. I don't like to leave negative reviews but yesterday my husband called to complain about the water spotting the dishes and faucets and Brittany (yes, I know her voice after all the calls) actually laughed at him. Wow, worst customer service!! I like Martin, he can usually get the tank changed that week, but goodness why should I pay for what I'm not getting? I'm afraid I need to get a new company

We have rented a water softening unit from ising's for the last couple of years at about $60/ month + salt delivery. The good news is that lately I haven't spent much on salt delivery because they just don't seem to want to deliver any.
Over the past year I have had at least 3incidents where the salt tank was 100% empty. Call them up and it's always at least 3 days for them to make the delivery they should have made weeks prior. In the meantime, we have had many issues with the equipment it self. At one point the flushing valve stuck open. For how long I don't know,

We contracted with Cullilgan Service for home water softening. After six months of repeated service problems, I had to finally throw-in the towel and cancel the service. The delivery of the softening service was very unreliable. I patiently worked with Chris at Culligan to allow them to correct their service delivery, and today they provided another excuse as to why they missed their delivery. Very disappointing!

I need to file a complain to Daphne (one of your customer representative) who threatens their customer.
I was trying very hard to schedule time to remove the Water Softer in my garage. It is from the previous house owner. Not me, I do not need it at all.
I take shuttle everyday to my company at 8:40am and returned home by 6:30pm, so time is not flexible to me. The only exception is Wednesday, I can be available before 10am. I explained to her VERY clearly that my Time Window are (1) Wednesday before 10am, or (2) after 6:30 every weekday, or (3) Weekend.
BUT she insist to meet/schedule me 11am

Once you are in their system they will haunt you forever. We got a quote about 8 months ago for water service, but we were considering a housing change, and read mixed reviews about the service, so we cancelled our installation appointment. We continue to receive calls from their drivers and automated appointment reminders for service we never began. We even got an installation bill; they did cancel it. But with the poor business records and practices, you have to worry they will refer a non-client to a collection agency. AVOID THESE GUYS.

These guys do a great job. I initially called Alhambra, and had the worst customer experience of all time. I tried to set water up with alhambra, and after getting water delivered with no cooler, and spending over 6 hours on the phone waiting and I finally gave up.
So I called Isings, and someone picked up immediately. They got a cooler and water out the next day. They have always been super nice, whether I stop by in person or speak with them on the phone. Water is always clean and delicious, and I find that it's much better than the tap or filtered water in my area.

Poor customer service. I signed up for Culligan's water softener service and it's just not working. I recently got the classic symptoms of hard water - dry, itchy skin, flat hair and a layer of white residue on my skin. I called them several times and each time the ladies said they would return my call within an hour but still no call back.
This was not my first issue with Ising. It took me several tries to get someone to come out to sign a contract with them (you would think they want new business). I asked the rep to have someone come out to replace the filter on my Culligan

Terrible company. I called to have our softener serviced, and they said it would be two weeks. They said that they only have two technicians and both had been out on vacation. I explained that my unit was running and did not sound good (after referring to the manual before I called). I find it interesting that they can have someone (sales to your house) immediately, but once you are a customer, don't expect good service from there! Manager made it seem like it was my problem and was extremely rude. After being in personnel and customer service most of my life, I recommend going with a company that
