Services
Customizable laundry options including pickup/delivery schedule, turnaround, and processing packaging preferences. Your Laundry Care Plan is customized to your organization's specific need and budget. We will work one on one with you to set up a pick up/drop off schedule that accomodates your workflow and offer payment option based on your AP process.
If you plan to send blankets or pillows, those are charged per piece. If you have another item you need pricing for, please contact us via live chat, phone, or email. If you plan to send clothing items that need to be ironed, those are charged per piece. If you have another item you need ironed, please contact us via live chat, phone, or email so we can give you accurate pricing.
For standard, wash & fold service we charge a flat rate per bag. As much as you can fill! Included with the bag price are items needing special care; hand-wash, air-dry, stain treatment. We'll also hang and fold according to your preferences. Ironing is a separate fee of $3 per garment. Items that are not clothing (tablecloths, cleaning rags, etc.) are priced based on the quantity and other processing requirements.

I’m 100% sure choosing laundry care was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m recently retired and moved here to Nashville. A lot of my new found “extra time” has been filled with taking on the household chores and handiwork.
Laundry is by far my LEAST favorite...there are just way too many buttons and options on washing machines and dryers nowadays. My wife likes her stuff washed in various particular ways, so I was nervous to hand it over to a service (but frankly MORE nervous to try doing it myself).

Our washing machine broke mid cycle last week and our new one isn't coming in until later this week. With small kids and a busy schedule I am sooooo grateful for this service! The laundry came back well folding and I appreciate the transparent pricing. I also appreciate the fact that there is pick up and delivery.

I'm a new customer and I'm so glad I found Laundry Care! I had loads of laundry that I could not finish on my own, so I decided to try this company! I'm so glad I did! Kelsea picked up the laundry and delivered it as scheduled! She was very friendly and professional. The service is quick, efficient and is definitely a time saver! I will be using it again!

It is an amazing company... Fast, Reliable, Professional, and Personable Door to Door service...The staff is very friendly and extremely attentive to your needs, desires and personal preferences. Clothes are washed, folded, and placed on hangers... They even pick up and deliver dry cleaning items and return it with the laundry. I am extremely happy that I found this company and will continue to use them as long as I live in Nashville.

I cannot comment on the service itself because I never got that far :/ My husband is in town for business, so I filled out the form early this morning to set up a rush pickup/delivery. By 1:00 I still had not heard back after making multiple phone calls and leaving messages. I did find out that the chat option on the website is a great tool, and that was the only way I could get someone to help me cancel my request this afternoon.

I rarely leave poor reviews. However, the service received by this company deserves it. The pickup was a day later than I requested. A brand new t-shirt shrunk from adult large to now it fits my 10-year-old who wears a girls size 8. The clothes that weren't hung were returned in bags & the folded ones were wrinkled. Adding ironing to my list doesn't help me save time. The towels were returned "crunchy" - not soft and fluffy. Almost like they were air-dried. And, worst, and probably the main reason for this review - everything smells of smoke. Ugh.
