I was looking for someone to mount and balance 2 motorcyle tires on my Yamaha V-Star. Called Outdoor Powerouse, they said they could do it. After unloading my bike, the service guy tells me that it was going to be about $200. I think he told me, these guys are technicians, the reason they charge so much.
When I went to pick my bike up, I was in a hurry trying to beat the rain on the way home. I was unloading it off the trailer when I notice that they gouged and scuffed my brand new cobra pipes. All around both wheels were scuffed up. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO ANYONE. I would

So, my wife and kids purchased an atv for me for fathers day. It was delivered the Friday before fathers day. I was so excited. I rode around my neighborhood for a while and the odometer stopped at 17 miles. I called the next day and was told to bring it in on Monday.
Monday morning when I went in I was told it was probably a defective cluster. At first I wastold it would take 7 to 10 days to fix. After I spoke with the owner who delivered the atv, I was told I would get a call to update me and it would only be a couple of days and that my brand new, broke bike would be first priority. Fast forward

I've bought multiple items from this place . was quite pleased with the costumer service in the parts dept and in service . they take no issue with mounting a tire on a loose rim for you even when you supply the tire . I've owned a few Kawasaki machines and they are always able to locate and supply a replacement OEM part in a reasonable amount of time . as a builder i will use Outdoor Powerhouse for all the metric parts they can get for me . p.s. cycle gear sucks go to this place

I bought a new motorcycle in full, with no financing a few years back. They charged $133.50 for license and title, but never sent out the title. That has become a serious issue when I moved out of state. They also don't take a lot of care when assembling bikes. There was a bolt missing from one of my rear blinkers so it would rotate around when I drove until I bought a replacement. When I was doing maintenance on the battery for the first time, I found that the screws they used were rusted and stripped.

This is an honest review from someone that has bought a motorcycle from these crooks.
Do not go there and support these guys. They are owned by a family that has financial criminal records. Casey is never happy to hear from his paying customers. He lied about the length of time it would take to get my bike in, and was adamantly refusing to get the exact bike I wanted that was in new Orleans. Then he took FOREVER to get me my license plate and registration. But now that I have it, i will cut these crooks out of my life.
Also, the service department is full of rude, lazy people. I've called multiple

These people evidently don't want to sell a motorcycle to me.
I contacted Outdoor Powerhouse a couple of weeks ago and found they had a Kawasaki Voyager, which currently lists for a little over $17000, at their location. I visited their dealership to see the bike.
While there I talked to the salesman, Paul, who answered questions to the best of his ability and gave me a price before I left.
A couple of days later I called and spoke to Paul. I had additional questions that I wanted answered. I gave Paul my email address and was told he'd have a response to me by the end of the day.
