George N Gonzales Jr. started his motorcycle and bicycle dealership in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1936. By the 1960s, G.N.Gonzales was a Honda distributor with a territory that covered the Southeast and the middle third of the United States. GN Gonzales grew through the '70s and '80s to become a premiere Honda, Yamaha, and Kawasaki dealership with the largest motorcycle showroom in the world.

We bought a 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 400 ABS in August... there was a ding in the gas tank paint, but we took delivery anyway because it was the only one available in our area at the time. - The service person said that they would order a paint and decal kit to fix it and let us know when it came in.
Seven months later, and I can't even get her to answer the phone or return my phone calls/VMs.
The buying process was a little lengthy, due to COVID restrictions, but painless. The follow through and service after the sale, though, is non-existent!

The General manager of the place was very unprofessional. I purchased a brand new Kawasaki ZX 636. The bike linked oil the second day of me having the bike. I returned the bike to G.N. Gonzales they told me that the bike has been fixed. Still then I returned the bike 3 more times afterwards for the same linking issues. A brand now bike shouldn't have any problems. The GM did not accommodate me in anyway and talk reckless to a paying customers. Needless to say I will not be giving G. N. Gonzales anymore of my business.
