The employees here are incompetent. I had a horrendous conversation with a phones rep, asked to to speak with her supervisor, and she says “her supervisor is out.” I communicated that I wanted to file a grievance but the phone rep wasn’t able to help with that apparently, so I searched their corporate number, and still was left with a voicemail. Have not received a call back yet. This company is atrocious.

0 star rating from our family. We have a similar situation as another reviewer - they charged us $484 up front (October, 2017) for a CPM machine and then they were paid the same from our insurance company (November, 2017) and now they owe us a refund of $434 (cost less $50 deductible). It's February, 2018 and we can't get through to an intelligent person - they just keep telling us it will be another 60 days until we get a refund. Nobody has any authority but no supervisor will assist. CHOP told us to use Synergy so I'm now going to CHOP to find out why they do business with this company. These

Avoid these guys if you can. My doctor gave me braces for my hand which were $167.57 each. I did not wear the braces never needed them so I returned them after talking with someone called Claire, who seemed to have assured me about not being charged once the product is returned. Its been 10 months I have been calling Synergy to ask them to stop sending me the bill. But they never stop. They told me every time I called that they took care of the bill and I will not be getting it. But something must be seriously wrong with them and I question how can they be accredited when they do such a POOR job

I have been playing phone tag with these people since July 12, 2018. I need an ACL brace for sports and working out. I had ACL replacement surgery Feb 28. I was given the go to get back to my normal routine but the ONLY thing holding me back is not having my brace!! I've tried to reach this company multiple times and have left messages for "Zach" on when to reach me due to my work hours. He calls me every single time I'm at work and I can't answer my phone. I'll call back and of course no answer. I'm now at the point I'm supposed to be putting on a huge softball clinic for multiple high schools

Synergy is amazing! My mom was looking for a DME company to fit her after ankle surgery but was having trouble finding a company that was contracted with her insurance. We tried Synergy.They came to her house, fitted her with a brace and made her aware of the copay before hand so she knew how much it was. Devin was incredibly knowledgeable and enjoyable throughout the whole fitting process! I highly recommend having your doctor send a RX for any medical equipment to Synergy. If they are not contracted with your insurance, which is very very rare, they even will refer you to a company that can handle

This company would not give us the post-op machine for my son's knee without full payment, even though I told them we had met our deductible and BC/BS would be paying. A month later our insurance also paid them in full. This was on August 4 2017 and even though I have been contacting them consistently they still have not refunded me my $492.13.
I plan on initiating legal action since this is basically stealing at this point.
From the looks of the other reviews I am not the first person they have cheated.
