I am Jihan Cerda and I am inspired everyday by the beautiful smiles and world around us. Some of my favorite times are spent behind the camera capturing memories of love and laughter, which is why taking pictures of unforgettable moments has been amazing. Since the beginning of my career, I've had the honor of photographing engagements, weddings and personal portraits, with a fresh, modern approach.

5 stars is not enough to praise this amazingly talented woman! Jihan is a vendor that I refer for my clients (I am a wedding planner) for photography regularly, but it wasn't until I got to experience working with her first hand for my maternity photos that I really fell in love with her and her work on a whole different level. Not only did she make us feel SO comfortable in front of the camera almost immediately, she has such a calming and kind demeanor. Jihan was the photographer for a wedding in January 2019 in Scottsdale, AZ that we were the florists for. She captured every moment beautifully, every picture she took was amazing. You cannot choose a photographer better than Jihan. Her photography expertise and incredible direction gave us the most beautiful engagement and wedding photos. We loved working with Jihan. The main thing I wanted from a photographer (aside from gorgeous photos, of course) was someone who would take charge. I like to describe Jihan as bossy and awesome. She will tell you what to do, but in the best way possible.
The day of the wedding, there are hundreds of photos to take with the bridal party, family and friends and she makes sure it's done quickly and efficiently, so you can actually ENJOY your wedding day and not take pictures the whole time. She also captured such amazing candid moments of my husband and I, took so many photos of the guests

LOOK NO FURTHER!
After such a pleasant experience with our engagement photos, we've been lucky enough to have Jihan do our wedding, maternity photos and new born pics. She is a lot of fun to work with. She took charge during our wedding pictures and moved us a long and dealt with wild friends and crying kids with ease to make sure we could get in to our reception. She really knows how to capture the best details and as well as special moments. Its always nice to look back over the past two years and have such great pictures to look through.

I can't even put into words how much i loved jihan and the photos she captured, but i'll give it a shot:
firstly: i adore her as a person. i was stressed out as f*ck the first time i met her while i was prepping for our rehearsal dinner, but she has this amazing, chill calming presence that instantly made me fall in love with her. not the "don't worry! calm down! you'll be fine!" b.s., but just this unspoken calming power that makes you feel like you've known her forever.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jihan for your wedding, or anything for that matter. Jihan photographed my wedding a little over a year ago. It was a super simple SF City Hall civil ceremony. One thing we knew we wanted was amazing photos- and that's exactly what we got. Because we didn't invite any family, only a couple friends, we wanted our day well documented and I still look at our wedding photos and love each and every one of them.

Jihan did my wedding and I have to say he was AMAZING. She was recommended from another venue organizer and I'm so glad I went with her. She did an engagement session with my husband and I and she made us feel so relaxed. Throughout the wedding process she was always accessible and happy to answer all questions. The day of she was a HUGE HELP she was at the hotel with my bridesmaids and I and she was like one of the girls-we all loved her. She even brought my dress to the venue for me! To add to her great personality she takes gorgeous photos. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Jihan photographed my family last year and I couldn't have been more happy with the result. My kids were not in great moods (of course are they ever when it is time to take photos???) but she still captured them being kids and still managed to get some great shots of us all together. She processed the images in a timely manner and I still love to look over the images and the shoot was a year ago!
