Our experienced dental team works together with our Little Rock dentists to provide exceptional oral health care! Jennifer received her Dental Hygiene degree and her Masters in Public Health from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She has been with Dental Solutions of Little Rock since December of 2001.

Dr. Robert Richardson has always enjoyed the creative side of dentistry and the time spent getting to know his patients. With exceptional hand skill and a love for his patients, he says that his job comes very easy to him. Growing up in a family of physicians and a father who was a surgeon, Dr. Richardson looked for the opportunity to implement artistic skills with patient care, which led him to dentistry.
Dr. Leslie Monroe is a 1994 graduate of the University of Tennessee Dental School. Growing up in a family with several physicians, she looked to a career in the healthcare field and became increasingly interested in the field of dentistry. Her family dentist was (and still is) a wonderful man that had a tremendous amount of influence on her as she explored the aspect of taking care of people's smiles.

Dr. Drake and Dr. Murphy are awesome. I had a full set of X-rays and thorough checkup with Dr. Drake and he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. A couple months later, (today) I had a root canal done with Dr. Murphy and he was absolutely awesome. He spent the first 40 minutes making several rounds with topical numbing gel and then multiple rounds with local anesthetic to make sure I wouldn’t feel a thing. He seemed completely confident with every step in the procedure. This dental office so far has been the most pleasant experience I’ve had so far. Also, shout out to Stacy who assisted

The hygienist Jennifer cleaned my teeth without upsetting my delicate sensibilities—a feat. Thorough while being delicate.
The dentist, Dr. Richardson, was patient and careful. And I overheard him being kind and patient with a very trying person in the room next door. His assistant, Jakiska (I think) was knowledgeable and focused. It’s great to have a good dental office to go to.
