We haul many different kinds of freight but primarily focus on refrigerated freight. We also have dry vans, flatbeds, and Tanker. We can pull multiple trailers and sizes.

Services
Calco Transportation is a family owned business that was founded by Cal Kennington in the fall of 2000. Cal came from the trucking industry and worked for Associated Food Stores for 20 years before they moved facilities and gave him the option to move with the company or try something else. Cal was a diesel mechanic, driver, and manager during his tenure at Associated Foods.
Both Ren and Cal still work daily either in the shop or office and are available to their employees. Calco has its own shop and yard. We are capable of doing all major repairs including engine and drivetrain work. This also helps us keep our trucks in excellent operating condition. Calco currently uses owner operators and company drivers to complete their loads.
We have a commitment to ensure that our drivers receive the best support so they are able to thrive and achieve their goals. Owner and son are pretty dishonest individuals. Tell you things like they will take care of you if their vehicle or equipment breaks down and leaves you out on the road longer than you should have been, but they don't give you anything but the miles you drove. They will pay you the same rate for no touch freight and expect you to unload your trailer for their Smith's account for free. They will tell you that they have tons of work with different options available, but they only have 2 steady accounts which are Costco and Smith's, very deceiving individuals and way to do business.
