Britta specializes in offering highly personalized individual attention to clients of all ages and conditions, with special emphasis on post-rehabilitation training, specialty populations, and hands-on trigger point massage therapy work.

Violet is a Physical Therapist in the Metro-Boston area who founded Game Changer Physical Therapy and Wellness in order to help people overcome and prevent injuries, promote health, wellness, and an active lifestyle. Violet received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Boston University, and shortly after graduating she completed a 2 year Post Graduate residency and fellowship program at the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (IOMT).
Continuing education in screening and assessment, postural training, shoulder dysfunction, comprehensive recovery, balance and fall prevention older adults, the older brain, back and neck dysfunction and hip/knee replacement. Exercising and training with Britta is something that EVERYONE should do!
