The program will be tailored to your needs. To keep you motivated, the workouts will include a variety of exercises and as you progress, we will increase the intensity level to keep your body challenged. Working with your schedule, we will design a weekly program in which I will be with you every step of the way.
If you are looking to take your game to the next level it is an absolute necessity that you train with a fitness professional. I have worked with athletes of all ages helping to get them in the best shapes of their lives. At TKFitness the focus is on making you a better athlete. This is done by working on all of the aspects of athletic movement, strength, agility, flexibility, power and speed.

Par-Q has been designed to identify the small number of adults for whom physical activity may be inappropriate or those who should have medical advice concerning the type of activity suitable for them. 5. How many weeks before I start seeing results? You will start to feel better almost immediately. Physically you can should start seeing results within 4-6 weeks of starting the program if you exercise regularly and eat healthy most of the time. How much can I realistically expect to lose? This depends on the individual.
Currently, Ted works with a variety of his own clients, both individually and in groups. He offers personal training, online training, strength and conditioning training for athletes, and golf fitness training. His clients range in age from middle school athletes to adults in their 70's. I started working out with Ted this summer and I have made amazing progress. Besides losing almost 20lbs, I also lost 8% of body fat. It was important for me to get fit in a sustainable way and Ted crafted a workout program that was perfect. He listened to my goals and taught me how to make lifestyle changes that spanned beyond the gym.

I started with Ted after my son was born 3+ years ago and I'm still with him today. He got me back to pre-baby and I lost an additional 15+ pounds that I'd never gotten rid of in my entire life and that includes the 3+ pounds of muscle I have gained. Ted makes workouts bearable, he mixes things up, and he is great conversation to be around. He is very flexible, comes to you with everything needed, and goes above and beyond on a regular basis. In my entire life, I've never heard words like "you have a fantastic body," so at 38 it is pretty great.

I am thrilled with my personal trainer, Ted Kackley of TKFitness. I am in the best shape of my life and his personalized sessions are exactly what I need to keep me motivated. He really listens to me and helps me meet all of my goals. In addition he meets me at the gym in my building, which is SO convenient. He also has a home gym which I have visited multiple times. I can not say enough about TKFitness and Ted in particular!!!
