Do not seek this firm out, for immigration support. Unless, you need help filling your forms. After calling to express that I needed actual legal advise, Jack Costello actually told me: there is not much to advise on. The next words out of his mouth: "Do you have a criminal record?" So, unless you do, Jack can't help you. This attorney is arrogant, rude, and lazy.
