I would personally like to leave this review with complete transparency. I literally love this lady. I was so lost, so hurt and completely discouraged to pursue therapy. Dr. Okafor has created a space that allow me to be vulnerable, honest, and grow. I’ve completely transformed with her guidance. I look forward to our sessions because she celebrate my progress but hold me accountable. If it were more stars to give, I would. Words can’t describe how grateful I am. Thank you Dr. Okafor.

Dr.Okafor has been a joy to "partner" with! I say partner because Dr. Okafor has an approach that is very personable and empowering. Every encounter has been solutions focused and most importantly is packaged with actionable steps/homework. Maintaining mental health is an aspect of overall wellness, and I am happy thus far with my decision to entrust an element of my wellness journey with Dr. Okafor! Very pleased!

Dr. Okafor has helped me reclaim my self-esteem, control of my life and has been instrumental in helping me become my best self. I have never worked with a therapist as skilled as Dr. Okafor, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with depression, anxiety and PTSD. She has not only changed and bettered my life, but my children's lives, as well. 5 stars is not a high enough rating, I give her a million.

My husband and I started counseling with Dr. Okafor before we got married. I was hesitant about seeing a counselor from the bedroom but Dr. Okafor eased any concerns and anxieties that I had. She is professional and I felt comfortable sharing with her.
My husband and I have continued counseling with Dr. Okafor because we trust her and she provides us with exercises that help bring us together to work together. I highly recommend Dr. Okafor for a professional and mind easing experience!

If I could leave a half star, I would.
I was told to fill out paperwork and print it out and bring it with, on my first session.
All I can say is this much, I was scheduled at 11am and I was a first time patient... so I arrived early.
I received a text with an updated address at 9am, I scheduled the appointment 3weeks prior.
So, I was in the wrong building when I realized what had happened.
Thus, it followed with a lecture from the Dr who had sent it.
Either way, I still showed up at 10:45am...
Both times, she was not there.
I got a phone after waiting in the new office buildings stairwell
