Rob Clark is great at what he does! I went to Resilience Counseling because I was experiencing anxiety and depression daily, and he helped breakdown my thoughts and worries through CBT Therapy. Rob helped me get through my post-college transition and past experiences by highlighting optimism, self-love, self-realization, the negative impacts of catastrophic thinking, etc. One trait of Rob’s that really stood out to me was his ability to listen while also providing constructive, informative feedback. I recommend, and have already recommended, Resilience Counseling to those struggling with any

I highly recommend Rob for anyone seeking counseling. I have been seeing him for a little over 4 years and he has truly changed my life. I was going through several life changes when I started seeing Rob and carried a lot of guilt and shame. He taught me how to forgive myself and was the main person that helped me return to my faith in God. I have suffered for many years from anxiety, panic attacks and depression. Using CBT as a method, Rob gave me "homework" and recommended me several books (for instance, "Mind Over Mood" or "The Happiness Advantage") that really worked to improve my quality

I highly recommend Rob Clark for life counseling. He is extremely helpful in providing support and actionable interventions when encountering stressful situations in life. When I initially contacted Rob, I had recently experienced several personal and professional life changing events in rapid succession. He was able to meet with me the next day and immediately provided tools and resources for coping with my current situation. I appreciate Rob's support, coaching, and sharing his own experiences with cancer and bone marrow transplantation which gave me hope, strength, and courage. Thank you Rob

I started seeing Rob after going through a life changing mental health episode. Having never been to counseling, I really didn't know what to expect during our first few meetings. More than a year later, I can say that my time with Rob has been extremely beneficial. Rob has helped me with understanding what happened and challenging unhelpful thoughts that were holding me down. I recommend Rob for anyone looking to improve their mental well-being.

I've had the great pleasure of working with Rob for the past two years and this outstanding review of his work and helpfulness to me, my well-being, and success is long overdue. His understanding of CBT practices and his empathy and kindness towards me allowed me to be open to learning useful strategies to understand what's true and what's not (evidence based-thinking), which has been so vital in my process of recovering from mental illness and maintaining quality mental health. Over our time together I have seen the results of my hard work with Rob's guidance. I can see the evidence of more and
