In Ohio, if you become delinquent on your debts, you may face the threat of a creditor garnishing your wages. Wage garnishment is an order from the court that instructs your employer to withhold a portion of your wages, to be paid later towards your outstanding debts. Since your creditors cannot garnish your wages without first obtaining a court order, garnishment is not something that can occur without you having prior notice of it.

Edit: I am personally not a client; however, Mr. Miller was contacted and subsequently hired by my mother to handle my grandmother's estate. I went to him after reading the reviews. This guy has been in business for 13 years and only has a few bad reviews. I was pleased by his willingness to sit down and review the case with me for free. When I retained him, he let me make payments. Most attorneys would charge double or triple what he did for my simple divorce.

I was referred to Justin Miller by another attorney. Worst experience. He me feel like I was bothering him from the first time I called in. I needed to add my wife to our deed for our house. He told me that I would have to obtain the current deed and send it to him which I was originally told he would take care of by the referring attorney. I obtained a digital copy of the deed and emailed it to him. He responded and said he received it May 14th and asked me to provide my wife’s name. Worst experience I've ever had with Justin Miller. if I had the option to choose a guardian on my own I would never choose him or anyone having to do with his association. There was an incomplete investigation done with my child, there was no new evidence within three months of the case. During home visits there was no deep questioning the child or anyone involved. Horrible job in court sitting as representing as guardian for both sides. Just the worst every. If I could vote 0 stars and leave a review I would have done that.

Terrible experience. Needed a liquor license, told me I was able to get one in my area. Went out spend all this money on construction and appliances for a bar. Down the road, got a mail saying my location was dry. Lost lots of money and all I wanted was a refund from this guy for wasting all this time and money, but he’s been “too busy” to find time to refund me. What a joke. Never ever go here.
