I rarely write reviews and when I do, they are usually overwhelmingly positive. However, in this case I feel compelled to caution others when dealing with this firm. Before closing on a recent home, we found that the sellers had left a fair amount of garbage piled around some trash receptacles that were also left behind. The sellers had already left the state and there were several communication issues.
