Being a first time home buyer can be daunting! Ingrid helped us feel comfortable and confident and what we were doing. She took the time to explain everything that was happening throughout the process. All we wanted was an old farm house in the mountains and boy did she deliver! Ingrid helped us sell land that we inherited. She was able to get us a good number of qualified buyers and we ended up with a smooth transaction at the price we wanted. With any real estate transaction, quickly communicating offers and responses are key and she was great. Ingrid is thorough, organized, and knowledgeable. She is an excellent photographer and was easily able to showcase the house in its best light. The house was under contract for more than the asking price very shortly after being listed, and Ingrid was both patient and helpful in the face of delays as we worked to schedule some necessary repairs.

Evan was the selling agent (us the buyers) on a fairly complicated property. Evan was quick, efficient, detail oriented with every task handed to him. His communication and follow up was excellent and he wanted to make sure everyone was on the same page throughout the entire process. Evan was very helpful during the sale of our lakefront home. His knowledge of the area and logistics kept us at ease through the whole process from listing to final paperwork. He was instrumental in the last days of the closing, saving much time in a right of way issue that came up in the title search. He simply suggested that the buyers and neighbors talk to each other to help them understand an agreement that had been in place for years. We were happy to have him working for us.
