I am pretty amazed the way Premal and Niveditha worked towards my mortgage and made sure we have an approval in a record time. 13 days, yes you heard right. I had a wonderful experience working with Safe Haven Mortgage Inc. Premal was very responsive and attentive. He made sure that all my questions get answered and believe me I had tons of questions about refinancing my Condo. He explained and answered all the questions and made sure that I get possible rate and also what fee can be waived or where money can be saved like I got appraisal waiver. He is going to be definitely my go to person for my next real state adventure.

I checked with many loan officers before deciding on using Safe Haven because Premal’s honesty and professionalism. He made the process easy and seamless. He is always available by text or email. When he doesn’t have an answer right away, he followed up the same or next day. With many loan officers, they shut down after their usual 9 to 5 but not with Premal. Many times I texted him after 6pm and he responded within a few minutes. This tells me he cares about his customers. I will work with Safe Haven again.
