Nothing but problems. From losing my paperwork to contacting me after hrs. I had a hole in my kitchen floor for the first 7 months that ive lived here. This new person Rick is very disrespectful
And unprofessional. I asked more than once for him not to contact me and he continued to text my phone thru the night. I reached out to judy about it and she told me not to respond to him and she was busy with her kids. I feel bad for the owners who hire these

I went to look a a home and after wasting time to contact the company. That took multiple attempts to get someone (appropriate . We wanted to go forward and find out after a few more texts to the company. That they had multiple applications (2:30). I finally get reply’s back at 6pm that to apply it will cost. Why waste my time on a home with multiple applications? Plus I have no idea if they would refund me if they took an application they rented out the house to, or just pocket it.
I filed a complaint with Zillow about this.
Wasted 1/2 a day .
I suggest looking at other rental companies.
