I've never worked with a credit agency, bank or otherwise that was so efficient and responsive. 2 days for an auto loan, including wiring money to seller, partnering with me on insurance, it was incredible. Relative to other recommended banks who asked for notary work, tons of paperwork, etc. it was amazingly different in a very positive way. Amir, the consultant I worked with was simply the best financial consultant I've ever worked with, period!!

Had I not kept calling my transaction might still be going on. After needing a 3rd part appraisal I've come to find out my loan sat on a persons desk at Woodside and not until constant calling did it get sent to the appraiser and by this time my carrier for delivering my new hot rod had to be put on hold, Now it's Thanksgiving week and there are NO carriers available. Maybe I'll see my car next week! I'm very glad this transaction is finished!!

I would AVOID them at all cost. They are the most untrustworthy, dishonest, thief's you could ever do business with. Alexander Ramos, the supervisor, is the biggest liar of all of them. He will tell you what ever he thinks you want to hear to keep your business. He will go against everything he says. They can't keep employees there long enough to do business. Constantly leaving the company to have new employees to figure out where the old one left off.

They are the worst. My wife and I are very well off and have built our business over the last 7 years. We make well over any amount they'd require and have excellent credit. We have only had credit history for 6 years so they denied us due to insufficient credit history. The lady Cindy was so rude the whole place is a joke. Their rates are nuts to boot we found out. This staff and business is garbage and unprofessional hence all the issues everyone is complaining about. Go elsewhere and save!

Like many others I waited months to get my tabs and plates. I filed complaints with my home state Attorney General's Office and the State of California Department of Justice. Woodside received my complaint from my state's Attorney General's Office first. That day Woodside contacted me and had a check for the plates and tabs and paperwork to get plates and tabs sent to me overnight. Problem solved. The State of California Department of Justice recommended that I file a complaint with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. I will do that today or

Absolutely horrible experience like many others on here. Car was paid off by seller, 3 mths and still no title. Each time I called, Alex said it's coming this week, it's coming the next day, it's going out the next day...then I will look into and call you back in 5 min...then silence. No call back and never returned my calls! Make sure the car you finance with these clowns has a title or they can get one. I even told the seller that I've read bad reviews about people having issues with registration or titles and boom here I am. Can't understand why Barrett Jackson uses

Identical experience to Ian; the loan process itself was fast and easy, and I was satisfied with it. However, 4 months later I'm left with a car that isn't registered and that I can't drive. Woodside, including upper management is mostly ignoring me or sending a response to someone to "please look into it" that I never hear from and no action is taken. Extremely disappointing experience.

Late review but I ended up using them a third time. Dealt again with Art Valera who made the transaction smooth as silk. This was to purchase the 2018 Lamborghini Huracan which I posted a review earlier today.
This was the fastest turnaround I have ever had. While people will say don't use a 10-year or 12-year car loan, everyone has their reasons. However, if you do ever want to get one, go to Woodside, their rates are actually very competitive in this specialized space and I highly recommend their service.

Still terrible but now worse. I spoke to a good for nothing named will who only wasted my time.
I tried Woodside again because I had a loan with bank of Stockton and apparently they won't do the loan unless you go through Woodside so that then they could buy the loan.
Well as terrible as before, no update, no info and no trying.
I really was disappointed because the first time everything went by smoothly

Second classic purchased through WC! Great experience overall! Responsive and professional!
Jeff Sparrow was a pleasure to work with and proactively kept us moving forward. Best is that he still uses the phone in conjunction with email as a tool. Rare today and such a better experience than working through a traditional bank that doesn't have a process or ability to loan on classics.
