How long has it been since you pumped air into it? They are eager to please, very friendly, very respectful of older generation too. Frankly we ride bikes but don’t know how to fix them (well actually we cannot remember how, lol), and these folks dropped what they were doing and had the bikes fixed and loaded them back up in minutes, and gave us a beautiful lime green tee. We used to go to NC yearly, but the next time we do I hope they have that fancy bike rack in stock that allows use of pickup truck tail gate - they really have all the latest quality products. True, we could buy in our own state, but we are putting off big ticket until we get

Have to give a tremendous shout out to the team at Bike Cycles. During a time when normal is not so normal, , and their staff continue to provide outstanding customer service. I ordered a new set of Roval wheels and they were set up and serviced super fast (especially considering how busy they are these days). Great communication from the shop as well. Went in this morning and for $2.00 and five minutes they changed my inner tube. 10 miles later, another flat. Thinking it was my tire(not inner tube), I called them to walk me through what to do. Within a half hour, they were fixing my tire on the side of the toad where I broke down. I somehow don’t think Walmart or Amazon would have ran to my rescue!

I've been spinning inside for the last 7 years. I haven't riding outside for over 30 years. I reserved a road bike on line no problems. When I picked it up it was the best thing I've ever seen. (Specialized Dsomething). It took a little while to get used to but I rode everyday while I was in the area. Great guys, great place, see you next year!

I'm mixed about this bike dealership/rental place. There really are only two bike shops in Wilmington. Residents are stuck with two wheeler dealer who are arrogant and pricey on the bikes and ignore those that are new to biking OR Bike Cycles who are generally very pleasant, are also very pricey in their own right.
Both stores are usually closed when you need them the most (kind of like a car dealership). So they should be great at catering to those without a job who can't afford the bikes they sell.....

This place is a joke. I brought my carbon wheel in for a spoke replacement and truing. They told me they would call when it was done but 2 weeks was a good guess on how long it would take since the spoke had to be special ordered. Well... 2 weeks went by and I didn't get a call. I let 3 weeks pass and then I called them to find out the status of the wheel. They told me that they had to call me back. Figuring they would call me back and tell me they were unable to get their hands on the spoke since it is a spacial order I decided to call Easton (company who makes the wheel) directly
