Had a sewage back up which flooded restroom. Called plumber and they referred adams D&R they were here within an hour. Started the drying process right away and helped filing our insurance claim. They definitely work around YOUR schedule which makes this process a lot easier. So far smooth & quick process.

This company is very aptly named, as it was a complete DISASTER trying to work with them. We had fairly minor damage in a house that we were renting out to a family. As we did not live in that state, they really took advantage of that fact by turning what should have been a pretty easy fix into several months by being rude to us, stringing us along, rarely showing up when they were supposed to, doing shoddy work and even making us pay out of pocket before the job was finished, even though insurance had already paid our deductible. If we could give NEGATIVE STARS WE WOULD! Our water heater pipe busted inside our wall, causing damage to the walls and floors. They came in to dry out the water. The machine they brought that ran all night, pumped water INTO OUR HOME causing more damage to the walls and floors. They took no responsibility for the additional damages. Took 3 weeks for a supposed adjuster to come in and write the damage estimate for our insurance ($6k), then for over 2 months no one would call us back or show up. Had ABC plumbing come to my house to replace a water heater and they said that the water heater stand needed to be replaced before they could do the work so they referred us to Adams D&R who came by dropped two fans off, did nothing else and sent a bill for $700. Turns out the water heater stand did not need to be replaced and ABC came back and replaced the water heater anyways.
Be careful of plumbing companies that refer you to a restoration company, they get a kick back for every referral and will refer just to get that kick back.

At first, I was very pleased with the service from Adams Disaster & Restoration. They were very helpful and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. They even assured me that the insurance company will pay (although I did take this with a grain of salt), and they assured me that a representative will be at my house the same time as the claims adjuster. This past Tuesday night at 10:20 PM I was taking the trash out through our garage and noticed that our water heater had decided to turn our garage into a sauna.
My wife and I were initially trying to resolve the immediate leak by turning off the water, soaking up the water, as well as hooking up a hose to the water heater so it would help drain some of the water outside.
It was during this same time that I had attempted to get help by contacting any 24 hour plumber. The plumber I had contacted labelled themselves as a plumbing company yet 2 hours later when they had arrived it was this water

If there was a half star, I would give it. Lets just say, I got a WHOLE ENTIRE POOL built in my backyard before Adams finished the job. I was harassed for payment by Annette even in Sundays. They didn't go through the proper protocol to get my claim approved by insurance so they were asking for money, that was not yet given to me by my insurance company. After it was finally approved the calls came again. I told them I would call once the insurance check was received and posted. Had an issue and was recommended this company by my plumber. Kris worked with my schedule and came out that very day. He did a great job explaining the process and getting me mentally prepared for what's about to happen with the bathroom.

I had a flood at one of my rentals homes right before summer, the whole down stairs was saturated and I had no idea what to do as I live out of state and never ran into a situation like this before. I called a plumber first and when he arrived on site to fix the plumbing leak he immediately called me and stated that I need to get Adams D&R out to the property to start the mitigation process ASAP. Adams quickly arrived to my property and got the process started, set equipment, helped me file a claim, and assisted with getting a hotel arranged through my insurance company for my tenants. If a plumber (Big G in my case) calls them out, RUN! They scam thru plumbers and the plumber will make 500-1000 on the other side of their sudden repairs. They don't wait on insurance, don't give estimates, they just run in and start work so you don't have time to process anything except their bill on the other side. RUN... RUN.. RUN to another licensed, bonded, and insured company.

When my water heater started leaking in the garage and it destroyed a portion of my walls and baseboards Adams disaster and restoration was able to come in quickly and restored my garage. They work with my insurance to get the job done and now The area where I had the damage looks flawless. Paco and his guy came in to do the drywall work and the painting and they did a marvelous job.

This review is on behalf of Adams Restoration. In the spring of 2020 I had an underground leak that hit many areas of my house. I had terrible insurance that after 14 months of fighting with them, paid me a third of what I should have received. Adams Restoration spent many hours talking and meeting with my insurance representatives to get me a more justifiable settlement. However my insurance company remained stubborn and would not offer a dime more. Even after several months of investigation by the Dept. of Insurance, they would not budge on the payout. These guys are absolute con men we have had a small water leak on December 16, 2020 it is now the end of May 2021 and we still do not have our kitchen back with any countertops fitted etc. they were quick to turn up and put on extortionate bill into the insurance company for a simple one week turnaround job they never showed they kept on pressuring us as to where’s the money from the insurance company ...I was passed from pillar to post with different PMs couldn’t get any answers they are Nothing shy than cowboy builders shysters and I please hope and pray that nobody else uses them

Adam's Disaster and Restoration did beyond a phenomenal job restoring our flood damage to our home. Everything down to the sub floor and insulation had to be ripped out and replaced. My wife and I took this opportunity to update our hardwood and tiled floors and we couldn't be happier. Would recommend 10/10. Great job guys!

Likely the worst experience I have had with a business. We had a water leak and Adams came to dry the floors after the leak was stopped. The company and our insurance company came to an agreement of the cost of services and Adams billed us for $700 more than what they should have. After numerous threatening and rude phone calls from Annette in their billing department to my wife, I had enough. I called and asked for the accurate invoice. Annette continued to call and harass me and my wife even threatening to put a lien on our home if we did not pay even though we were simply waiting for the accurate

WORST COMPANY EVER. False billing claims Refuse to provide itemized statement of billing. Claims of false work completed. Workers are verbally abusive and threatening in behaviors. Adams was completely disorganized and confused.
It took them 4 months to mitigate some water damage and restore a bathroom and closet.
I had dozens of different contractors come to the house over the four month period, all telling me different things that were going to happen or should happen next,
