We hired One source remodeling to complete a full remodel of our shower and 4 restrooms. Our experience with Ray (the owner) and his crew of subcontractors was terrible. Once source remodel utilizes a different unexperienced and unprofessional subcontractors. We had multiple issues from our shower glass ordered incorrectly, resulting in us not having a fully functional shower for weeks, plumbing issues, and extremely poor communication. Ray the owner leaves everything in hands of his subcontractors who show up late, or don't show up at all. Once our remodel was completed he never came back

This has been the worst experience by far!
Ray Baxter is a narcissist crook who was verbally abusive to me and his own wife. He blames everybody else in fact it's his clueless ways of running a business! He will yell at customers if he doesn't get his money when he wants it. His installer Simon is not licensed and illegal
Make sure you do a background on Ray Baxter
